【摘要】:隨著“新農(nóng)村建設(shè)”和“資源節(jié)約型社會(huì)”的開展和深入,大量村鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行重新整治和規(guī)劃的同時(shí),村鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)的人居環(huán)境與住宅能耗問題也日益凸顯出來。農(nóng)民不再滿足于傳統(tǒng)的居住模式,迫切需要環(huán)境優(yōu)美、功能齊全舒適的新住宅模式。只有準(zhǔn)確分析評(píng)價(jià)村鎮(zhèn)住宅對(duì)自然環(huán)境的壓力和影響,才能制定出科學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在住宅設(shè)計(jì)、建造及使用過程中采取有效措施,做到滿足居住舒適度的同時(shí),控制或者減少村鎮(zhèn)住宅的能源消耗量,實(shí)現(xiàn)村鎮(zhèn)住宅的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本論文是從可持續(xù)發(fā)展的角度,以生態(tài)足跡理論為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)中國(guó)北方地區(qū)進(jìn)行村鎮(zhèn)住宅低碳設(shè)計(jì)及相關(guān)策略的分析研究。筆者通過對(duì)北方多個(gè)地區(qū)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,充分了解了農(nóng)村住宅存在的諸多問題,以及農(nóng)村居民對(duì)于住宅的具體需求。另一方面,筆者通過查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)生態(tài)足跡理論進(jìn)行梳理總結(jié),建立建筑全生命周期生態(tài)足跡計(jì)算模型;利用這一理論模型,對(duì)已有的農(nóng)村住宅進(jìn)行全生命周期的生態(tài)足跡和生態(tài)承載力測(cè)算,并繪制相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)分析圖,定量的分析研究;并與城市多層住宅進(jìn)行對(duì)比,從各個(gè)角度找出農(nóng)村住宅存在的主要問題及產(chǎn)生原因。 在分析出村鎮(zhèn)住宅中產(chǎn)生原因基礎(chǔ)上,提出北方村鎮(zhèn)住宅的相關(guān)低碳設(shè)計(jì)策略,分別從規(guī)劃與環(huán)境、被動(dòng)式策略、節(jié)能模塊設(shè)計(jì)、可再生能源利用以及生態(tài)建材幾個(gè)角度進(jìn)行了論述探索;在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行多能互補(bǔ)型村鎮(zhèn)低碳住宅試設(shè)計(jì),并用Ecotect對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行住宅舒適性和能耗的檢測(cè)與評(píng)價(jià),最后再次建立生態(tài)足跡測(cè)算模型,驗(yàn)證住宅的可持續(xù)性。本論文著重于利用生態(tài)足跡理論指導(dǎo)建筑設(shè)計(jì),從全生命周期的角度考慮整合相關(guān)策略及生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)要素,為綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)做可持續(xù)評(píng)價(jià)的定量指導(dǎo)。 全文分六個(gè)章節(jié)進(jìn)行論述:第一章介紹了論文的研究背景及意義、研究對(duì)象及內(nèi)容、和相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀;第二章詳細(xì)介紹了生態(tài)足跡的理論及測(cè)算模型;第三章是運(yùn)用生態(tài)足跡理論建立現(xiàn)有農(nóng)村住宅的生態(tài)足跡模型并做定量分析;第四章是研究總結(jié)相關(guān)的北方村鎮(zhèn)住宅低碳設(shè)計(jì)策略;第五章是北方村鎮(zhèn)低碳住宅的試設(shè)計(jì)并作相關(guān)驗(yàn)證;第六章為結(jié)語(yǔ),提出論文的重點(diǎn)和繼續(xù)研究的必要性。 本論文是從可持續(xù)性評(píng)價(jià)出發(fā),探索適合我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段國(guó)情的北方村鎮(zhèn)住宅低碳設(shè)計(jì)理論及相關(guān)節(jié)能策略的應(yīng)用方法。希望本課題的研究可以為今后北方地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)住宅建設(shè)在節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)及可持續(xù)研究方面有一定的幫助。
[Abstract]:With the development and deepening of "New Countryside Construction" and "Resource-Saving Society", a large number of villages and towns are renovating and planning at the same time. The problems of residential environment and residential energy consumption in villages and towns are also becoming increasingly prominent. Farmers are no longer satisfied with the traditional living mode and are in urgent need of beautiful environment. Only by accurately analyzing and evaluating the pressure and influence of village residence on natural environment, can scientific design basis and standard be worked out, and effective measures be taken in the course of design, construction and use of housing. At the same time, it can control or reduce the energy consumption of the village residence, and realize the sustainable development of the village residence. From the angle of sustainable development, based on the theory of ecological footprint, this paper analyzes and studies the low carbon design of villages and towns in northern China and related strategies. Fully understand the problems of rural housing, as well as the specific needs of rural residents for housing. On the other hand, by consulting relevant literature, the author combs and summarizes the ecological footprint theory. The ecological footprint calculation model of the whole life cycle of the building is established and the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of the existing rural residence are calculated by using this theoretical model and the relevant data are drawn and analyzed quantitatively. The main problems and causes of rural housing are found out from various angles by comparing with urban multi-storey housing. On the basis of analyzing the causes of village and town residence, the paper puts forward the related low carbon design strategy of village house in the north, including planning and environment, passive strategy, energy saving module design, etc. The renewable energy utilization and ecological building materials are discussed and explored, on the basis of which, the multi-energy complementary low carbon residential design is carried out, and the residential comfort and energy consumption are tested and evaluated by Ecotect. Finally, the ecological footprint model is established to verify the sustainability of housing. This paper focuses on the use of ecological footprint theory to guide architectural design, from the perspective of the whole life cycle to consider the integration of relevant strategies and ecological design elements. Quantitative guidance for sustainable evaluation of green building design. The thesis is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the research background and significance, the research object and content, and the research status at home and abroad, the second chapter introduces the ecological footprint theory and calculation model in detail. The third chapter is the use of ecological footprint theory to establish the existing rural housing ecological footprint model and do quantitative analysis; The fifth chapter is the trial design of low carbon residential buildings in northern villages and towns, and the sixth chapter is the conclusion, which puts forward the emphases of the paper and the necessity of further research. This paper is based on sustainability evaluation. This paper explores the low carbon design theory and the application methods of energy saving strategies for the rural residential buildings in the north of China at the present stage. It is hoped that the research on this topic can be used in the energy saving design and sustainable research for the future construction of villages and towns houses in the northern region. The investigation aspect has certain help.
