淺埋暗挖隧道下穿建筑物樁基托換施工技術(shù)

【摘要】:城市地下工程的快速發(fā)展必然會(huì)出現(xiàn)越來越多的隧道下穿建筑物施工工程案例。受圍巖條件及周邊建筑環(huán)境的影響,隧道下穿建筑物施工過程中可能會(huì)遇到地表隆陷、地面建構(gòu)筑物傾倒損壞、地下管線變形破壞、隧道坍塌等多種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文結(jié)合目前正在施工的長株潭城際鐵路II標(biāo)樹木嶺隧道暗挖區(qū)間下穿高升酒店工程,采用方案比選、理論分析、數(shù)值計(jì)算和現(xiàn)場實(shí)踐等方法,確定了隧道下穿施工建筑物樁基的托換保護(hù)方案,主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面: (1)根據(jù)長株潭城際鐵路樹木嶺隧道下穿高升酒店綜合樓段實(shí)際的工程地質(zhì)條件,通過多方案的比選,確定樹木嶺隧道下穿建筑物段采用樁基筏板托換保護(hù)方案。 (2)采用三維數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算方法,分析了建筑物樁基采用筏板托換的安全性,比較了筏板地基注漿加固以及不同隧道施工方法對隧道施工下穿安全性的影響,確定了隧道下穿施工的具體開挖及支護(hù)方案。 (3)通過工程實(shí)踐,確定了暗挖隧道下穿高升酒店施工的具體方案與安全保障措施,包括筏板施工前的預(yù)注漿加固,暗挖隧道施工過程中支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的快速閉合以及筏板基礎(chǔ)與隧道拱頂之間地層的補(bǔ)充注漿等,有效保證了隧道施工過程中地表建筑物的安全。 (4)樁基托換是個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,好的施工管理與信息化施工是成敗的關(guān)鍵,現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測和信息反饋是保證隧道及地表建筑物安全的重要手段,通過現(xiàn)場實(shí)踐,確定了整個(gè)施工過程中的具體監(jiān)測方法,現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測結(jié)果論證了所采用技術(shù)方案的可靠性。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of urban underground engineering will inevitably lead to more and more construction cases of tunnel underpass buildings. Due to the influence of surrounding rock condition and surrounding building environment, surface subsidence may be encountered in the construction process of tunnel underpass buildings. There are many risks, such as toppling and damage of ground structure, deformation and destruction of underground pipeline, collapse of tunnel, etc. In this paper, according to the current construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Intercity Railway II marked Shuiling Tunnel, the project of passing through Gaosheng Hotel is compared and selected. Theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and field practice, etc., have determined the underpinning protection scheme of the pile foundation of the construction under the tunnel, which mainly includes the following aspects:. 1) according to the actual engineering geological conditions of Shuiling tunnel of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan intercity railway through Gaosheng Hotel complex building section, through the comparison and selection of many schemes, it is determined that the pile foundation raft support protection scheme is adopted in the section of the building under the Shuiling tunnel. In this paper, the safety of raft underpinning for building pile foundation is analyzed by using three-dimensional numerical simulation method, and the influence of grouting reinforcement of raft foundation and different tunnel construction methods on the safety under tunnel construction is compared. The concrete excavation and supporting scheme of tunnel underpass construction are determined. Through engineering practice, the concrete scheme and safety measures for the construction of underground tunneling through Gaosheng Hotel are determined, including pre-grouting reinforcement before raft slab construction. The rapid closure of the supporting structure and the additional grouting between the raft foundation and the tunnel vault during the tunneling construction effectively ensure the safety of the surface buildings during the tunnel construction. 4) pile foundation underpinning is a systematic engineering, good construction management and information construction is the key to success or failure. Site monitoring and information feedback are important means to ensure the safety of tunnel and surface buildings. The concrete monitoring method in the whole construction process is determined and the reliability of the adopted technical scheme is proved by the field monitoring results.
