【摘要】:采用電化學加速銹蝕和人工環(huán)境模擬方法制備侵蝕環(huán)境下混凝土構(gòu)件中銹蝕鋼筋樣本,闡述了鋼筋均勻銹蝕和不均勻銹蝕的發(fā)展機理,建立了更為合理的鋼筋銹蝕程度分類方法和更為準確的評估指標.通過銹蝕鋼筋力學性能測試,研究蝕坑參數(shù)對銹蝕鋼筋力學性能的影響,建立了鋼筋力學性能退化模型.考慮工程維護管理和結(jié)構(gòu)性能評估實際情況,針對銹蝕率在5%~20%,蝕坑形狀不規(guī)則的Ⅱ級鋼筋,建立了蝕坑形狀特征參數(shù)模型,為準確預測侵蝕環(huán)境下考慮銹蝕的鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)長期承載力奠定了基礎(chǔ).
[Abstract]:Electrochemical accelerated corrosion and artificial environment simulation methods were used to prepare specimens of corroded steel bars in corroded concrete members. The development mechanism of uniform corrosion and uneven corrosion of steel bars was described. A more reasonable classification method of corrosion degree of steel bar and more accurate evaluation index are established. Through testing the mechanical properties of corroded steel bar, the influence of corrosion pit parameters on the mechanical properties of corroded steel bar is studied. The degradation model of mechanical properties of steel bar is established.
