[Abstract]:In this paper, the best comprehensive planning of the American Planning Association for 2012 "New York Waterfront Integrated Planning 2020" is introduced, and the development process, achievements and challenges of the New York Waterfront Zone are summarized. The main contents such as planning objectives and corresponding strategies, project database and control plan are described in order to provide reference for the planning and construction of waterfront cities in China.
