【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)能力的不斷發(fā)展和人類(lèi)生活水平的提高,供熱系統(tǒng)和制冷系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)多元化發(fā)展,伴隨著的能源的過(guò)度采集與消耗也日益嚴(yán)重,建筑節(jié)能越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。平衡閥產(chǎn)品在水系統(tǒng)中的合理利用可有效減少水力失調(diào)現(xiàn)象,取得顯著的節(jié)能效益。因此在當(dāng)前我國(guó)建筑節(jié)能減排、世界性的能源供應(yīng)日趨緊張的形勢(shì)面前,具有重要意義。 本文針對(duì)空調(diào)水系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)性能,以實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的全面水力平衡為主要目的,首先對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)閥在整個(gè)管網(wǎng)中的流量特性、平衡閥的分類(lèi)及工作原理進(jìn)行了研究,其次分析了水力失調(diào)現(xiàn)象對(duì)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的危害并提出相應(yīng)的解決措施,然后論述了平衡閥產(chǎn)品對(duì)于解決暖通空調(diào)水系統(tǒng)中水力失調(diào)問(wèn)題的意義,特別闡述了空調(diào)水系統(tǒng)不同部分的平衡閥的布置方法,并對(duì)一些工程實(shí)踐中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的水力平衡問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析和解釋。 通過(guò)對(duì)三個(gè)工程實(shí)例的平衡閥節(jié)能改造,提高了系統(tǒng)的自控精度,實(shí)現(xiàn)了溫濕度的穩(wěn)定調(diào)節(jié),保證了日常生活的運(yùn)行,節(jié)約了能源,降低了運(yùn)行費(fèi)用;并且通過(guò)三個(gè)改造實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證了平衡閥在水系統(tǒng)中的可行性,為以后解決此類(lèi)問(wèn)題,提供了一定的思路和方法,希望為日后的水力平衡技術(shù)發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology and the improvement of human living standards, the heating system and refrigeration system appear diversified development, accompanied by excessive acquisition and consumption of energy is increasingly serious. The reasonable use of balance valve products in water system can effectively reduce the phenomenon of hydraulic imbalance and achieve significant energy-saving benefits. Therefore, at present, building energy conservation and emission reduction in China. The world energy supply is increasingly tight in front of the situation, has important significance. Aiming at the regulating performance of air conditioning water system, the main purpose of this paper is to realize the overall hydraulic balance of the system. Firstly, the flow characteristics of the regulating valve in the whole pipe network, the classification and the working principle of the balance valve are studied. Secondly, the harm of hydraulic maladjustment to the system is analyzed and the corresponding solutions are put forward. Then, the significance of balancing valve product in solving the problem of hydraulic imbalance in HVAC water system is discussed. In particular, the arrangement method of balancing valves in different parts of air conditioning water system is expounded, and the problems of hydraulic balance that often occur in engineering practice are analyzed and explained. By reforming the balance valve of three engineering examples, the automatic control precision of the system is improved, the temperature and humidity are adjusted stably, the operation of daily life is ensured, the energy is saved and the running cost is reduced. The feasibility of the balance valve in the water system is verified by three examples. It provides some ideas and methods for solving this kind of problems in the future and hopes to contribute to the development of the hydraulic balance technology in the future.
