【摘要】：社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下用戶個人數(shù)據(jù)的合理使用和保護面臨嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。文章在分析基于"被遺忘權(quán)"的個人數(shù)據(jù)保護存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建基于"被遺忘權(quán)"的第三方個人數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)管平臺。該平臺能實現(xiàn)對個人數(shù)據(jù)的流向查詢、實時監(jiān)管、數(shù)據(jù)泄露風險警告等功能。
[Abstract]:The rational use and protection of users' personal data in the social network environment is facing severe challenges. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the protection of personal data based on the right to be forgotten, this paper constructs a third party personal data supervision platform based on the right to be forgotten. The platform can realize the functions of personal data flow query, real-time supervision, data disclosure risk warning and so on.
