【摘要】：圖像去噪是圖像處理中一項(xiàng)比較關(guān)鍵且困難的問題,它是進(jìn)行大部分圖像操作技術(shù)的前提,并且需要得到較高的準(zhǔn)確性�；谄⒎址匠谭椒ǖ膱D像去噪技術(shù)已很成熟,得到眾多專業(yè)人士青睞,取得了很大成功,其中,使用基于變分法的模型進(jìn)行圖像乘性噪聲去噪方面已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生很好的成果,且為之后的研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。本文主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容是提出了變指數(shù)變分乘性去噪模型,證明了模型解的存在唯一性和比較原理,同時(shí)證明了演化方程解的存在性、唯一性及其相關(guān)性質(zhì)。最后,給出了模型及加速算法的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,并與經(jīng)典模型進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。乘性噪聲與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高斯(Gauss)加性噪聲產(chǎn)生方式不同,本文根據(jù)Gamma噪聲模型特點(diǎn)使用變分法來去除乘性噪聲。首先,本文針對(duì)Dong等人變分乘性去噪模型,通過利用圖像灰度值和高斯梯度模改進(jìn)了正則項(xiàng),構(gòu)造了正則項(xiàng)變指數(shù)使其介于全變分模型和L~2正則模型指數(shù)之間,達(dá)到了既可抑制階梯效應(yīng)去除噪聲,又保留邊界和圖像信息自適應(yīng)的效果。理論方面,在以上提出的變指數(shù)變分乘性去噪模型下,本文證明了該模型極小化問題解的存在性,將其解的存在性轉(zhuǎn)化為泛函極小元存在性,利用泛函嚴(yán)格凸性證明解的唯一性,然后利用上述解存在唯一性和空間性質(zhì)得出比較原理;針對(duì)相應(yīng)的演化方程,為了克服方程奇性和退化問題,首先定義了各項(xiàng)異性變指數(shù)Sobolev空間,然后定義了弱解,正則化演化方程,得到了解的預(yù)估計(jì)進(jìn)而解決了方程奇性問題,在對(duì)正則的方程弱解定義中取極限,證明了極限滿足演化方程弱解定義,從而弱解存在性得到證明。本文利用了方程本身性質(zhì)和Gronwall不等式證明了解的唯一性和比較原理。數(shù)值方面,給出了有限差分離散格式,通過MATALB軟件使用有限差分法和快速顯式擴(kuò)散方法FED(Fast Explicit Diffusion)將其實(shí)現(xiàn),與經(jīng)典去噪模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比,并進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,FED快速算法可以提高算法效率,該模型從實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)間和實(shí)現(xiàn)效果上均優(yōu)于經(jīng)典乘性去噪模型。
[Abstract]:Image de-noising is a key and difficult problem in image processing. It is the premise of most image manipulation technology, and it needs to get higher accuracy. The image de-noising technology based on the method of partial differential equation has been well-established and has been favored by many professionals. The main research contents of this paper are to put forward the variable-index variational-multiplicative de-noising model, and prove the existence and uniqueness of the model solution and the principle of the comparison. At the same time, the existence, uniqueness and related properties of the solution of the evolution equation are proved. Finally, the experimental results of the model and the acceleration algorithm are given and compared with the classical model. The multiplicative noise is different from the standard Gaussian (Gaussian) additive noise, and the variational method is used to remove the multiplicative noise according to the characteristics of the Gamma noise model. First, this paper, aiming at Dong et al. variational-multiplicative de-noising model, improves the regular term by using the image gray value and the Gaussian gradient mode, and constructs the regular term transformation index to be between the full-variational model and the L-2 regular model index, so that the step-effect removal noise can be suppressed, And preserving the self-adaptive effect of the boundary and the image information. In theory, in the above-mentioned variable-index variational-multiplicative de-noising model, this paper proves the existence of the solution of the minimal problem of the model, transforms the existence of the solution into the existence of a functional minimum element, and proves the uniqueness of the solution by using the strictly convex property of the functional, In ord to overcome that problem of singularity and degradation of the equation, we first define the Sobolev space of the anisotropy index, and then define the weak solution and the regularized evolution equation. It is proved that the existence of the weak solution is proved by the definition of the weak solution of the evolution equation. The uniqueness and the principle of the comparison of the property of the equation and the Gronwall inequality are used in this paper. In the numerical aspect, a finite difference discrete format is given, which is realized by using the finite difference method and the fast explicit diffusion method FED (Fast Explicit Diffusion) by the MATALB software, and compared with the classical de-noising model, and the experimental analysis is carried out. The experimental results show that the fast algorithm of FED can improve the efficiency of the algorithm, and the model is superior to the classical multiplicative de-noising model from the experimental time and the effect.
