【摘要】：人類的生產(chǎn)、生活離不開各種物資,采購是保障企業(yè)進(jìn)行正常的生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)中非常重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),在采購的環(huán)節(jié)中往往包含了招標(biāo)、配貨、送貨等多個(gè)過程。如何有效的使用信息技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)采購過程中的透明化管理、降低企業(yè)的采購成本、增強(qiáng)綜合競(jìng)爭實(shí)力,已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的共識(shí)。烏魯木齊郵政局在物資采購方面一直沒有使用專門的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行管理,使得采購流程不透明,存在重復(fù)采購等問題。因此,本文針對(duì)烏魯木齊郵政局的采購現(xiàn)狀設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了一套采購管理系統(tǒng)。本文是在軟件工程的理念指導(dǎo)下完成的,本人深入到采購管理部門,通過觀察和訪談的方式對(duì)采購部門的實(shí)際工作現(xiàn)狀和業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了調(diào)研。針對(duì)采購部門的特點(diǎn),使用.NET技術(shù)完成了采購管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。在需求分析階段,對(duì)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理、預(yù)算管理、采購計(jì)劃管理、采購執(zhí)行管理、出入庫管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和系統(tǒng)維護(hù)等功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)階段,通過功能模塊框圖、實(shí)體屬性圖、數(shù)據(jù)庫表的方式詳細(xì)的闡述了設(shè)計(jì)部份的內(nèi)容。在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)階段,通過界面、程序流程圖、代碼的方式對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)過程進(jìn)行了清晰的描述。在系統(tǒng)測(cè)試階段,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試方法、過程進(jìn)行了描述。通過系統(tǒng)的部署和運(yùn)行的情況來看,提高了采購管理者的工作效率,使得采購的數(shù)據(jù)處理過程變的簡單、準(zhǔn)確。同時(shí),也為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制定科學(xué)的從采購方案和分配提供了科學(xué)的可參考的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The production and life of human beings can not be separated from various materials, and the purchase is a very important part of ensuring the normal production activities of the enterprise. In the process of purchasing, many processes such as the bidding, the goods distribution and the delivery are often included. How to use the information technology effectively, to realize the transparency management in the procurement process, to reduce the purchasing cost of the enterprise, to enhance the comprehensive competitive strength, has become the consensus of the current modern enterprise. The Urumqi Post Office has not used a dedicated system for management in terms of material procurement, so that the procurement process is not transparent, and there are problems such as repeated purchase and the like. Therefore, this paper designs and develops a set of purchasing management system for Urumqi Post Office. In this paper, under the guidance of the concept of software engineering, I go deep into the procurement management department, and make a survey on the actual work situation and business process of the purchasing department by observing and interviewing. For the characteristics and use of the procurement department. NET technology has completed the implementation of the procurement management system. In the demand analysis stage, functional modules such as basic data management, budget management, purchase plan management, purchase execution management, issue/ receipt management, statistical analysis and system maintenance are analyzed in detail. In the design stage of the system, the contents of the design part are described in detail by functional module block diagram, entity property diagram and database table. In the system implementation stage, the system implementation process is clearly described through the interface, the program flow chart and the code. The test method and process of the system are described in the system testing phase. Through the deployment and operation of the system, the working efficiency of the procurement manager is improved, so that the data processing process of the procurement is simple and accurate. At the same time, it also provides the basis for scientific reference for leading the development of science from the procurement plan and the distribution.
