【摘要】：新時(shí)期對(duì)交通警衛(wèi)工作提出了更高要求,為此只有做好了內(nèi)部管理才能更規(guī)范、高效、有序的完成好各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。公務(wù)用車是執(zhí)行任務(wù)必不可少的重要工具,開發(fā)交通警衛(wèi)公務(wù)用車管理系統(tǒng)旨在規(guī)范公務(wù)用車的過(guò)程。論文系統(tǒng)是基于交通警衛(wèi)任務(wù)公務(wù)用車管理的需要,為使公務(wù)用車管理更加規(guī)范和高效,采用目前較為先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)框架和設(shè)計(jì)理念開發(fā)建立的一套管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)公務(wù)用車指揮調(diào)度、維修保養(yǎng)等工作全過(guò)程的管理,以及車輛駕駛?cè)说男畔⒐芾?在對(duì)交通警衛(wèi)公務(wù)用車管理工作進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的需求調(diào)研之后,本文從用戶需求分析入手,分析系統(tǒng)的功能需求、業(yè)務(wù)流程和非功能需求,進(jìn)行了用例分析。完成了系統(tǒng)技術(shù)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)情況、功能架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)情況以及對(duì)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)包括公務(wù)用車基本信息設(shè)置、公務(wù)用車行駛路線、公務(wù)用車使用審批、狀態(tài)檢索、公務(wù)用車維護(hù)管理等模塊。系統(tǒng)采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu)、J2EE和SPRING框架等。隨著系統(tǒng)投入實(shí)際工作中的應(yīng)用,系統(tǒng)將根據(jù)用戶的要求不斷更加完善,力爭(zhēng)提高交通警衛(wèi)公務(wù)用車管理系統(tǒng)的水平。
[Abstract]:In the new period, traffic security work is required to be more standardized, efficient and orderly in order to accomplish all the tasks in a more standardized, efficient and orderly manner only by doing a good job of internal management. Official vehicle is an essential and important tool to carry out the task. The purpose of developing the traffic guard official vehicle management system is to standardize the process of official vehicle. In order to make the management of official vehicles more standardized and efficient, the paper adopts the advanced design framework and design concept to develop a set of management system. The goal of the system is to realize the management of the whole process of the command, dispatch, repair and maintenance of the official vehicle, as well as the information management of the vehicle driver. This paper analyzes the functional requirements, business processes and non-functional requirements of the system by analyzing the user requirements. Completed the system technical architecture design, functional architecture design and the design of the system database. The system design includes official vehicle basic information setting, official vehicle driving route, official vehicle use approval, status retrieval, Maintenance and management of official vehicles and other modules. The system adopts B / S structure, J2EE and SPRING framework. With the application of the system in practical work, the system will be more perfect according to the requirements of the users, and strive to improve the level of the traffic security official vehicle management system.
