【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,人們的生活質(zhì)量大幅度提升,旅游已經(jīng)成為人們放松生活、享受生活的重要途徑,因此旅游市場(chǎng)規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,催生了大量的旅行社承接旅游業(yè)務(wù)。為了能夠提高旅行社的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和用戶滿意度,開(kāi)發(fā)和實(shí)現(xiàn)旅行社業(yè)務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為許多旅行社的關(guān)鍵工作內(nèi)容。本文首先詳細(xì)地介紹了系統(tǒng)的研究背景,分析了系統(tǒng)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述了系統(tǒng)的研究目的與意義,同時(shí)歸納和總結(jié)了本文的主要工作和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。其次,本文介紹了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)采用的B/S架構(gòu)、ASP.NET組件、ADO.NET組件、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),分析了各種設(shè)計(jì)架構(gòu)和實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),為系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),便于分析和選擇對(duì)比。接著,本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性、技術(shù)可行性、社會(huì)可行性和管理可行性等方面闡述了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)是可行的,同時(shí)使用數(shù)據(jù)流圖和業(yè)務(wù)流程圖對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了建模和分析,導(dǎo)出了系統(tǒng)的核心業(yè)務(wù)子系統(tǒng),并且從系統(tǒng)健壯性、安全性等方面進(jìn)行了性能分析。然后,本文使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、軟硬件部署架構(gòu)和體系架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)了整體功能架構(gòu),使用結(jié)構(gòu)化流程圖對(duì)系統(tǒng)的邏輯業(yè)務(wù)功能進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),為系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行建模,其次使用E-R圖、關(guān)系表等對(duì)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),保證系統(tǒng)擁有一個(gè)強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)支撐系統(tǒng)。最后,本文描述了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境和核心代碼,并且對(duì)系統(tǒng)的每一個(gè)功能模塊都給出系統(tǒng)部署運(yùn)行的效果,該系統(tǒng)具有良好的易用性和可用性,并且能夠大幅度提高旅行社業(yè)務(wù)管理的效率和質(zhì)量。旅行社業(yè)務(wù)管理信息系統(tǒng)部署和運(yùn)營(yíng)之后,可以實(shí)時(shí)的展現(xiàn)旅游線業(yè)務(wù)種類,發(fā)布旅游景點(diǎn)信息和行程信息,吸引旅游顧客,提高了旅行社的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy, people's quality of life has been greatly improved. Tourism has become an important way for people to relax their lives and enjoy their lives. Therefore, the scale of tourism market is becoming larger and larger, and a large number of travel agencies have been given birth to undertake tourism business. In order to improve the service quality and customer satisfaction of travel agencies, the development and implementation of travel agency business management information system has become the key content of many travel agencies. In this paper, the background of the system is introduced in detail, the present research situation of the system at home and abroad is analyzed, the purpose and significance of the system are expounded, and the main work and innovation of this paper are summarized and summarized. Secondly, this paper introduces the B / S architecture, ASP.NET component, ADO.NET component, database, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various design frameworks and implementation technologies, which lays a solid foundation for the development and implementation of the system. Easy to analyze and select contrast. Then, this paper expounds the feasibility of the system from the aspects of economic feasibility, technical feasibility, social feasibility and management feasibility, and uses data flow diagram and business flow chart to model and analyze the system. The core business subsystem of the system is derived and its performance is analyzed from the aspects of system robustness and security. Then, the whole function architecture is designed by using network topology, hardware and software deployment architecture and system architecture. The logical business function of the system is designed by using structured flow chart, and the business process of the system is modeled. Secondly, E-R diagram and relational table are used to design the database to ensure that the system has a powerful database support system. Finally, this paper describes the implementation environment and core code of the system, and gives the effect of system deployment and operation for each functional module of the system. The system has good usability and usability. And can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of travel agency business management. After the deployment and operation of travel agency business management information system, it can show the types of travel line business in real time, release information of tourist attractions and travel information, attract tourism customers, and improve the economic efficiency and market competition ability of travel agencies.
