【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)觀念上,護(hù)理服務(wù)僅存在于患者住院階段,患者出院就意味著醫(yī)患關(guān)系及護(hù)理關(guān)系的結(jié)束。但是,出院患者在康復(fù)期間,由于缺少合理的護(hù)理方案,仍存在著諸多問(wèn)題。目前僅有3%的醫(yī)院提供院外的延伸護(hù)理服務(wù),并且僅局限于電話、短信等形式,這種雙盲的交流方式很容易導(dǎo)致信息的不對(duì)稱,從而使得護(hù)理服務(wù)難以達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果。如今,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)蓬勃發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的思想貫穿于各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,各行業(yè)都在由傳統(tǒng)型產(chǎn)業(yè)向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)型產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變。因此,要抓住互聯(lián)網(wǎng)所來(lái)的機(jī)遇,充分利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢(shì),不斷朝著新的方向去努力。論文將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)同延伸護(hù)理相結(jié)合,用于解決傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理所帶來(lái)的一系列問(wèn)題,便于患者享受到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代下便捷、高效的護(hù)理服務(wù)。同時(shí),本文提出了“健康秘書(shū)”的新理念,通過(guò)建立護(hù)理人員與患者的人性化服務(wù)關(guān)系來(lái)滿足患者多方面的護(hù)理需求,從而提高患者的康復(fù)效果。首先,論文調(diào)研了護(hù)理平臺(tái)的用戶需求,包括患者的需求及護(hù)理人員的需求,明確的用戶需求為論文的展開(kāi)奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。其次,文章介紹了開(kāi)發(fā)該平臺(tái)所用到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),分析了采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu)、J2EE框架進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的優(yōu)勢(shì),并確定了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)。再次,論文介紹了平臺(tái)患者用戶及護(hù)理人員用戶的核心功能,并以圖文結(jié)合的形式展開(kāi)了詳細(xì)的描述。最后,論文給出了該平臺(tái)的測(cè)試結(jié)果,分別從功能、性能、兼容性三方面做了重點(diǎn)分析,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明該平臺(tái)能夠正常應(yīng)用。目前,本延伸護(hù)理平臺(tái)已經(jīng)在北京301醫(yī)院代謝綜合征科室進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)性應(yīng)用,并取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:In the traditional view, nursing service only exists in the stage of hospitalization, and the discharge of patients means the end of doctor-patient relationship and nursing relationship. However, during the recovery period, there are still many problems due to the lack of reasonable nursing program. At present, only 3% of hospitals provide extended nursing service outside hospital, which is limited to telephone, short message and other forms. This kind of double-blind communication method can easily lead to asymmetric information, which makes nursing service difficult to achieve the desired results. Nowadays, the Internet technology is booming, the thought of Internet runs through every field, each industry is changing from the traditional industry to the Internet type industry. Therefore, we should seize the opportunity of the Internet, make full use of the advantages of the Internet, and continue to work in a new direction. This paper combines Internet technology with extended nursing to solve a series of problems brought about by traditional nursing so as to facilitate patients to enjoy convenient and efficient nursing services in the Internet era. At the same time, this paper puts forward a new concept of "health secretary", which can meet the needs of patients in many aspects by establishing the relationship between nursing staff and patients, so as to improve the rehabilitation effect of patients. First of all, the paper investigates the user needs of nursing platform, including the needs of patients and nursing staff, and the clear user needs lay a good foundation for the development of the paper. Secondly, the paper introduces the key technologies used in the development of the platform, analyzes the advantages of using the B / S structure and J2EE framework to develop the system, and determines the architecture design and database design of the whole system. Thirdly, the paper introduces the core functions of patients and nurses, and describes them in detail. Finally, the paper gives the test results of the platform, respectively from the function, performance, compatibility of three aspects of the analysis, the test results show that the platform can be used normally. At present, the extended nursing platform has been applied in the Department of Metabolic Syndrome of Beijing 301 Hospital, and achieved good results.
