【摘要】：智能終端普及應(yīng)用和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)迅速發(fā)展的信息時代,網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)在教育大數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)使下日漸得到各大高校和當(dāng)代大學(xué)生們的認(rèn)可,已經(jīng)成為大學(xué)生的主流學(xué)習(xí)形式,然而,通過大量的研究分析發(fā)現(xiàn),國內(nèi)大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)效果并未達(dá)到預(yù)期的高度,學(xué)習(xí)時間少,效率低下,注意力不集中,完成率低等問題是不爭的事實(shí)。有研究表明,網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)是保障網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)成功率非常重要的因素之一,國內(nèi)外對于網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)分析和策略研究均有很多,但是網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)激勵效果并沒顯著提高,鑒于此,筆者在調(diào)查分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀和動機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合動機(jī)因素針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)設(shè)激勵機(jī)制,并提出基于內(nèi)外部動機(jī)的具體激勵策略。本研究包括以下幾個部分:第一部分:理論梳理。論文的第一章和第二章闡釋網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)和激勵機(jī)制的核心概念,在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)激勵策略的研究現(xiàn)狀,并對動機(jī)激勵理論、網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)的特性和影響因素等進(jìn)行深入探討。第二部分:網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)調(diào)查與分析。論文的第二章首先從網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)意識、學(xué)習(xí)資源利用、學(xué)習(xí)效果評價和網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)障礙因素以及認(rèn)知興趣、自我發(fā)展、人際關(guān)系、擺脫常規(guī)和外界影響等方面設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷和訪談提綱,通過對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的分析處理,深入了解國內(nèi)大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)現(xiàn)狀,并對影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)的原因與動機(jī)進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析;接著進(jìn)一步通過實(shí)地考察來研究現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺在動機(jī)激勵方面存在的問題。第三部分:影響動機(jī)問題及原因。論文的第四章是在調(diào)查分析結(jié)果、實(shí)質(zhì)觀察研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)中存在的影響大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)的問題及原因。第四部分:激勵機(jī)制設(shè)計。論文的第五章是結(jié)合相關(guān)理論,根據(jù)實(shí)際調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析,依據(jù)動機(jī)激勵過程構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)激勵機(jī)制結(jié)構(gòu)框架,并對網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的五個方面創(chuàng)設(shè)基于動機(jī)因素的網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)激勵機(jī)制,分別是網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容系統(tǒng)的激勵機(jī)制設(shè)計、網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的激勵機(jī)制設(shè)計、網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)活動系統(tǒng)的激勵機(jī)制設(shè)計、協(xié)商交流系統(tǒng)的激勵機(jī)制設(shè)計和學(xué)習(xí)評價系統(tǒng)的激勵機(jī)制設(shè)計。第五部分:激勵策略。論文的第六章是從內(nèi)部動機(jī)和外部動機(jī)的視角對大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)的激勵機(jī)制提出具體的可操作性的動機(jī)激勵策略,希望這些策略能夠使大學(xué)生積極主動參加網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)并且提高學(xué)習(xí)完成率和學(xué)習(xí)效果。第六部分:研究不足與展望。最后一章概括本研究的主要內(nèi)容,反思研究中的不足之處,并提出進(jìn)一步深入研究的計劃。
[Abstract]:In the information age with the popularization of intelligent terminals and the rapid development of the Internet, network learning, driven by big data's education, is increasingly recognized by the major universities and contemporary college students, and has become the mainstream learning form of college students. Through a lot of research and analysis, it is found that the effect of online learning of domestic college students is not up to the expected height, and it is an indisputable fact that the study time is less, the efficiency is low, the attention is not concentrated and the completion rate is low. Some studies have shown that e-learning motivation is one of the most important factors to ensure the success rate of e-learning. There are a lot of researches on e-learning motivation analysis and strategies at home and abroad, but the effect of e-learning motivation has not been significantly improved. On the basis of investigation and analysis of the present situation and motivation of e-learning, the author combines motivation factors to create incentive mechanism for e-learning system, and puts forward specific incentive strategies based on internal and external motivation. This research includes the following parts: the first part: theoretical combing. The first and second chapters of the thesis explain the core concepts of network learning, network learning motivation and incentive mechanism. On the basis of this, the research status of network learning motivation and network learning incentive strategy is expounded, and motivation incentive theory is also discussed. The characteristics and influencing factors of network learning motivation are discussed in depth. The second part: the investigation and analysis of network learning motivation. The second chapter of the paper first from the network learning awareness, learning resources use, learning effectiveness evaluation and online learning barriers, as well as cognitive interest, self-development, interpersonal relations, From the aspects of conventional and external influence, the author designs questionnaire and interview outline, through the analysis and processing of the survey data, deeply understand the current situation of the domestic college students' network learning motivation, and analyze the reasons and motivation that affect the network learning. Then through the field study to study the existing network learning platform in motivation incentive problems. The third part: influence motive problem and reason. The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and reasons in the network learning system that affect the college students' learning motivation on the basis of the results of investigation and analysis. The fourth part: incentive mechanism design. The fifth chapter is to combine the relevant theory, according to the actual investigation data analysis, according to the motivation incentive process to construct the network learning incentive mechanism structure frame. The incentive mechanism of the network learning system based on motivation is designed for the five aspects of the network learning system structure, namely, the design of the incentive mechanism of the network learning content system, the design of the incentive mechanism of the network learning environment system, and the design of the incentive mechanism of the network learning environment system. The incentive mechanism design of network learning activity system, the incentive mechanism design of negotiation communication system and the incentive mechanism design of learning evaluation system. The fifth part: incentive strategy. The sixth chapter of the paper is from the perspective of internal motivation and external motivation to the motivation mechanism of college students' network learning to put forward the specific maneuverability motivation incentive strategy. It is hoped that these strategies will enable college students to actively participate in online learning and improve the learning completion rate and learning effect. The sixth part: the research insufficiency and the prospect. The last chapter summarizes the main contents of this study, reflects on the shortcomings of the study, and puts forward a plan for further research.
