【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的不斷完善,新疆能源項(xiàng)目建設(shè)正式國(guó)家能源項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的重要的部署舉措,如何根據(jù)能源企業(yè)能源項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理的質(zhì)量,完善能源項(xiàng)目管理成為企業(yè)提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的關(guān)鍵。本文就是針對(duì)這樣的研究背景,以大唐新疆公司能源建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為具體的研究對(duì)象,對(duì)能源建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。在本文的研究過(guò)程中,首先對(duì)當(dāng)前大唐新疆公司能源項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的調(diào)研,對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析,針對(duì)目前存在的問(wèn)題有針對(duì)性的提出了對(duì)本文所設(shè)計(jì)的大唐新疆公司能源項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì);與此同時(shí),結(jié)合新疆地區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀提出了大唐新疆公司能源項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的思路和具體的方案,并對(duì)方案的可行性從多個(gè)角度進(jìn)行了論證,確定了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的可行性之后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)和功能模塊進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì);完成數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)E-R圖和數(shù)據(jù)字典的設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表進(jìn)行規(guī)劃和具體的設(shè)計(jì),最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的測(cè)試。并對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的測(cè)試,對(duì)測(cè)試過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的不足地方,及時(shí)的進(jìn)行修改。進(jìn)而完成了對(duì)系統(tǒng)的研究工作。該系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā),切實(shí)的提高了大唐新疆公司能源項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理的效率,縮短了項(xiàng)目申報(bào)、審批的時(shí)間,提高了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的質(zhì)量,進(jìn)而有效的提高了大唐新疆公司的整體工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the national infrastructure construction, the Xinjiang energy project construction official national energy project construction important deployment measure, how to according to the energy enterprise energy project construction management quality, Improving energy project management is the key to improve business performance. This paper aims at this kind of research background, takes the energy construction project of Datang Xinjiang Company as the concrete research object, has carried on the detailed design and the realization to the energy construction project management system. In the research process of this paper, firstly, the current situation of energy project management system of Datang Xinjiang Company is investigated in detail, and the existing problems are analyzed in detail. Aiming at the existing problems, this paper puts forward the function planning and design of the energy project management system of Datang Xinjiang Company. According to the present situation of Xinjiang, this paper puts forward the design idea and concrete scheme of energy project management system of Datang Xinjiang Company, and proves the feasibility of the scheme from many angles. After determining the feasibility of the system development, the structure and function module of the system are planned and designed, the database E-R diagram and data dictionary are designed, and the database table of the system is planned and designed concretely. Finally, the function module of the system is tested in detail. The system is tested in detail, and the defects found in the testing process are modified in time. Then the research work of the system is completed. The development of this system has effectively improved the efficiency of energy project construction management of Datang Xinjiang Company, shortened the time of project declaration and approval, and improved the quality of project schedule management. And then effectively improve the overall efficiency of the Datang Xinjiang Company.
