【摘要】：當(dāng)今網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)發(fā)展非常迅速,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)逐漸變得的越來(lái)越普及,人們學(xué)習(xí)生活的各個(gè)方面都已經(jīng)離不開網(wǎng)絡(luò)。而對(duì)于日漸復(fù)雜的網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)來(lái)說(shuō),如果網(wǎng)絡(luò)處于不正常的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),難免會(huì)產(chǎn)生海量的告警事件,對(duì)人們的學(xué)習(xí)生活帶來(lái)重大的影響。因此,如何應(yīng)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)告警,從復(fù)雜冗余的告警數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)告警之間隱藏的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,使網(wǎng)絡(luò)正常穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行,這正在逐漸成為一個(gè)需要解決的問(wèn)題。目前在告警相關(guān)性分析的研究中,科研工作者們已經(jīng)采用了多種方法來(lái)進(jìn)行研究,因?yàn)閿?shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)在數(shù)據(jù)處理方面具有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì),近年來(lái)正成為告警相關(guān)性分析中一個(gè)主要的研究方向,取得了 一定的研究成果,但仍然存在一些不足之處。比如,故障與告警之間往往存在一種模糊的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,而在傳統(tǒng)方法中,往往考慮不到這種模糊的關(guān)系,以至于影響故障的準(zhǔn)確推斷。對(duì)于上述存在的問(wèn)題,本文將模糊理論的思想應(yīng)用于告警數(shù)據(jù)的分析中,對(duì)告警信息依據(jù)模糊理論的方法進(jìn)行處理,以解決故障與告警之間劃分過(guò)硬,不能準(zhǔn)確推斷主要故障源點(diǎn)的問(wèn)題。在論文中,首先研究了模糊聚類算法以及關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘算法,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)來(lái)探究模糊理論的思想在告警相關(guān)性分析中的應(yīng)用效果,經(jīng)過(guò)試驗(yàn)證明,該方法可以有效地應(yīng)用于告警相關(guān)性分析中。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of network technology, the Internet is becoming more and more popular. For the increasingly complex network system, if the network is in an abnormal state, it will inevitably produce a large number of alarm events, which will have a significant impact on people's learning and life. Therefore, how to deal with the network alarm, discover the hidden correlation between the alarms from the complex redundant alarm data, and make the network run smoothly is becoming a problem that needs to be solved gradually. At present, in the research of alarm correlation analysis, researchers have adopted a variety of methods to study, because data mining technology has some advantages in data processing, In recent years, it is becoming a main research direction in the analysis of alarm correlation, and some research results have been obtained, but there are still some shortcomings. For example, there is a fuzzy correspondence relationship between fault and alarm, but in the traditional method, the fuzzy relationship is often not considered, which affects the accurate inference of fault. For the problems mentioned above, this paper applies the idea of fuzzy theory to the analysis of alarm data, and deals with the alarm information according to the method of fuzzy theory, in order to solve the problem of perfect division between fault and alarm. The problem of the main fault source cannot be inferred accurately. In this paper, firstly, the fuzzy clustering algorithm and association rule mining algorithm are studied. On this basis, the application effect of fuzzy theory in alarm correlation analysis is explored through simulation experiments. This method can be effectively applied to alarm correlation analysis.
