【摘要】：當前,伴隨國內(nèi)快速的發(fā)展趨勢,城市的管理手段與方式也與時俱進。很多地區(qū)都陸續(xù)開展了智慧城市管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建。為更好的組織城市管理,協(xié)同部門合作和方便百姓生活,西安國際港務區(qū)的智慧城管建設應運而生。本研究就是對西安國際港務區(qū)智慧城管系統(tǒng)進行的設計規(guī)劃。作者首先對當前智慧城管和西安國際港務區(qū)的發(fā)展、研究狀況進行了綜述。再以需求分析為基礎,從業(yè)務需求、功能需求和技術(shù)需求的角度出發(fā),對西安國際港務區(qū)的智慧城管系統(tǒng)進行總體規(guī)劃設計。整個系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)由基礎平臺層、數(shù)據(jù)服務層、應用服務層、用戶接入層、標準規(guī)范體系和信息安全體系構(gòu)成。之后通過系統(tǒng)運營環(huán)境設計、性能參數(shù)及相關(guān)指標設計、業(yè)務流程和接口設計、數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)設計、系統(tǒng)異常處理設計等來實現(xiàn)基礎平臺層、數(shù)據(jù)服務層、用戶接入層;由九個主功能和三個擴張功能來構(gòu)建應用服務層。隨后,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有3G技術(shù)、系統(tǒng)集成技術(shù)、服務式地理信息技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫持久化等技術(shù)對所設計的智慧城管系統(tǒng)進行了系統(tǒng)的測試、實現(xiàn)以及實施效果分析。從實施效果來看,本文的設計符合西安國際港務區(qū)的實際情況,對其智慧城管系統(tǒng)的建設提供了較好的理論基礎和實踐基礎,為港務區(qū)的智慧城管工作提供了助推力量。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development trend in China, urban management means and methods also keep pace with the times. Many regions have carried out the construction of intelligent city management system. In order to better organize the city management, cooperate with the departments and facilitate the people's life, the intelligent city management construction of Xi'an International Port area came into being. This research is the design planning of intelligent urban management system in Xi'an International Port area. First of all, the author summarizes the development and research status of Wise City Management and Xi'an International Port area. On the basis of requirement analysis, from the point of view of business demand, function demand and technical requirement, the intelligent urban management system of Xi'an International Port area is designed and planned. The whole system structure consists of basic platform layer, data service layer, application service layer, user access layer, standard specification system and information security system. After that, the basic platform layer, data service layer and user access layer are realized through system operation environment design, performance parameters and related index design, business process and interface design, database structure design, system exception handling design and so on. The application service layer is constructed by nine main functions and three extension functions. Then, combined with the existing 3G technology, system integration technology, service geographic information technology, database persistence and other technologies to design the intelligent urban management system testing, implementation and implementation of the analysis. From the implementation effect, the design of this paper accords with the actual situation of Xi'an International Port area, provides a good theoretical and practical basis for the construction of its intelligent urban management system, and provides a boost force for the intelligent urban management work in the port area.
