【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)共享媒體的蓬勃發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了海量的視頻數(shù)據(jù)。同時(shí),大量復(fù)雜的視頻數(shù)據(jù)也為視頻標(biāo)記的工作帶來(lái)了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。自動(dòng)視頻標(biāo)記技術(shù)在這種情況下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,主要用于視頻內(nèi)容的分析并自動(dòng)獲取相關(guān)的文字標(biāo)記。然而,傳統(tǒng)方法在為視頻數(shù)據(jù)生成同步文字描述時(shí)通常會(huì)依賴對(duì)應(yīng)的視頻場(chǎng)景和文本信息,導(dǎo)致算法實(shí)現(xiàn)起來(lái)代價(jià)較大。幸運(yùn)的是,視頻彈幕評(píng)論提供了關(guān)于視頻數(shù)據(jù)的時(shí)序信息,也為視頻數(shù)據(jù)的分析提供了新的途徑。本文主要研究如何利用彈幕評(píng)論信息來(lái)為視頻數(shù)據(jù)生成同步的視頻描述,這項(xiàng)工作的挑戰(zhàn)來(lái)自于評(píng)論文本中包含較多的噪聲數(shù)據(jù)和復(fù)雜的主題信息。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,我們基于數(shù)據(jù)重構(gòu)原理提出了一種新型摘要生成模型,通過(guò)結(jié)合彈幕評(píng)論之間的時(shí)間關(guān)聯(lián)信息,并且考慮在文本層次和主題的層次的聯(lián)合重構(gòu)來(lái)抽取有代表性的彈幕評(píng)論,最終得到的摘要文本將以同步的方式為視頻內(nèi)容提供豐富的描述信息。本文的主要貢獻(xiàn)有:(1)提出了基于視頻彈幕評(píng)論的摘要生成方法來(lái)抽取代表性的彈幕評(píng)論,并將其應(yīng)用到視頻描述中。(2)通過(guò)結(jié)合文本和主題的聯(lián)合重構(gòu)建立模型來(lái)解決彈幕評(píng)論中包含的噪音和冗余信息。同時(shí),考慮到問(wèn)題在時(shí)間上的關(guān)聯(lián)信息,相應(yīng)提出了動(dòng)態(tài)的分段摘要方法。(3)真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)集上的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明了我們的方法的有效性,并且驗(yàn)證了利用彈幕評(píng)論為視頻數(shù)據(jù)生成文字描述的可行性。
[Abstract]:The flourishing development of network shared media has produced massive video data. At the same time, a large number of complex video data also brings great challenges to the work of video tagging. The technology of automatic video tagging emerges as the times require. It is mainly used for the analysis of video content and the automatic acquisition of relevant text tags. However, the traditional methods usually rely on the corresponding video scene and text information when generating synchronous text description for video data, which leads to the high cost of the algorithm. Fortunately, video screen reviews provide temporal information about video data and a new way to analyze video data. This paper mainly studies how to generate synchronous video description for video data by using project-screen comment information. The challenge of this work is that the comment text contains more noise data and complex subject information. In order to solve the above problems, we propose a new model of summary generation based on the principle of data reconstruction. Considering the joint reconstruction of text level and topic level to extract representative project-screen comments, the resulting summary text will provide rich description information for video content in a synchronous manner. The main contributions of this paper are: (1) A method of abstract generation based on video projectile reviews is proposed to extract representative project-screen reviews. It is applied to the video description. (2) the noise and redundant information contained in the project-screen comments is solved by combining the text and topic reconstruction to build a model. At the same time, considering the time related information of the problem, a dynamic segmenting summary method. 3) the experimental results on the real data set prove the validity of our method. The feasibility of generating text description for video data by projectile commentary is verified.
