建設工程質量監(jiān)督管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:21世紀的今天,伴隨著社會經濟的快速發(fā)展和互聯(lián)網功能的不斷強大,計算機技術為人們的生活與工作帶來新的方式的轉變,信息化建設成為有效推進國民經濟和社會發(fā)展的國家重要發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。而改革開放多年以來,建筑工程也取得快速的發(fā)展,因此越來越多的建設工程需要更加有力和有效的監(jiān)督和管理。我國的建設工程的信息查詢和統(tǒng)計的實現(xiàn)在過去較長的一段時間里主要是通過手工統(tǒng)計,紙質材料提交申報,故辦事效率低下,查詢不準確以及不及時的現(xiàn)象一直存在,無法應對新環(huán)境的挑戰(zhàn)。同時傳統(tǒng)的監(jiān)督方式和監(jiān)督管理的人員配備存在有限性,各個參與建設的單位和負責監(jiān)督的部門間的信息交流存在延時性,壁壘性,無法真正意義的達到信息及時共享的功能。不同的項目負責人以及參建單位存在對項目質量整體性認知的缺失,項目的質量監(jiān)督應當存在于整個項目建設的過程中,因此利用新的信息技術負責工程質量監(jiān)督的需求來解決目前存在的問題成為行業(yè)與時代的需求。通過分析問題的研究背景以及國內外的發(fā)展狀況,確認了本文系統(tǒng)的主要實現(xiàn)目標以及系統(tǒng)的主要工作。本文的系統(tǒng)采用面向對象設計與方法,UML作為輔助設計工具,通過采用B/S構架以及MVC模式等進行開發(fā)所需的需求分析,系統(tǒng)設計,系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)以及系統(tǒng)測試一系列流程。系統(tǒng)所實現(xiàn)的核心業(yè)務為項目工程的質量監(jiān)督。其中項目注冊申報功能實現(xiàn)項目開始的注冊審批,質量監(jiān)督功能實現(xiàn)項目進行過程中的質量監(jiān)督和控制,監(jiān)督審查表管理實現(xiàn)逐級質監(jiān)站的有效監(jiān)督,完工備案管理實現(xiàn)項目完工的信息備案和綜合評價,基本信息管理則實現(xiàn)用戶的信息維護管理。該系統(tǒng)經過系統(tǒng)方案的功能性與非功能性測試,能基本滿足建設工程質量監(jiān)督流程所需的業(yè)務功能,較好的提高了質量監(jiān)督工作的工作效率以及實現(xiàn)信息在用戶間的共享,本文的系統(tǒng)研究開發(fā)具有了一定的理論價值和應用價值。
[Abstract]:Today in the 21st century, with the rapid development of social economy and the continuous strong functions of the Internet, computer technology has brought about new changes in the way people live and work.Information construction has become an important national development strategy to effectively promote national economic and social development.Since the reform and opening up for many years, construction engineering has also made rapid development, so more and more construction projects need more effective supervision and management.For a long time in the past, the information inquiry and statistics of construction projects in our country have been realized mainly through manual statistics, paper materials submitted and declared, so the work efficiency is low, the inquiry is inaccurate and the phenomenon of not being timely has always existed.Unable to meet the challenges of the new environment.At the same time, the traditional supervision mode and supervision and management personnel are limited, the information exchange between the units involved in the construction and the departments in charge of supervision is delayed and barrier, which can not achieve the function of timely information sharing.Different project leaders and participating units have a lack of overall understanding of the quality of the project, and the quality supervision of the project should exist in the whole process of the project construction.Therefore, it is the demand of the industry and times to use the new information technology in charge of engineering quality supervision to solve the existing problems.By analyzing the research background and the development situation at home and abroad, this paper confirms the main goal of the system and the main work of the system.In this paper, the object-oriented design and method UML is used as the assistant design tool, through the use of B / S framework and MVC pattern to develop the required requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing a series of processes.The core business of the system is the quality supervision of the project engineering.Among them, the project registration and declaration function realizes the registration examination and approval of the project, the quality supervision function realizes the quality supervision and control in the course of the project, and the supervision and examination table management realizes the effective supervision of the step by step quality supervision station,The completion record management realizes the project completion information record and comprehensive evaluation, and the basic information management realizes the user's information maintenance management.Through the functional and non-functional testing of the system scheme, the system can basically meet the business functions required by the construction project quality supervision process, and improve the work efficiency of the quality supervision work and realize the sharing of information among users.The system research and development of this paper has certain theoretical value and application value.
