基于邊緣檢測(cè)加權(quán)引導(dǎo)濾波的指靜脈圖像增強(qiáng)算法

【摘要】:針對(duì)基于引導(dǎo)濾波的指靜脈圖像增強(qiáng)算法不能突出靜脈紋理細(xì)節(jié)信息的問(wèn)題,提出了基于邊緣檢測(cè)加權(quán)引導(dǎo)濾波算法。通過(guò)計(jì)算指靜脈圖像的邊緣算子幅值,對(duì)引導(dǎo)濾波中固定的規(guī)整化因子進(jìn)行懲罰,分別得到了靜脈紋理區(qū)域和平滑區(qū)域的自適應(yīng)規(guī)整化因子,從而使濾波器具有更好的邊緣保護(hù)特性。該算法在降低噪聲的同時(shí),能保留并突出圖像更多的靜脈紋理細(xì)節(jié)。在國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外兩個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)上,對(duì)基于邊緣檢測(cè)加權(quán)引導(dǎo)濾波與基于引導(dǎo)濾波的兩類指靜脈圖像增強(qiáng)算法進(jìn)行了對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,前者在時(shí)間復(fù)雜度不變的情況下具有更低的錯(cuò)誤識(shí)別率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the enhancement algorithm of digital vein image based on guided filter can not highlight the details of vein texture, a weighted guided filtering algorithm based on edge detection is proposed.By calculating the amplitude of the edge operator of the digital vein image, the fixed regularization factor in the guided filter is punished, and the adaptive regularization factors of the vein texture region and the smooth region are obtained, respectively.Thus, the filter has better edge protection characteristics.The algorithm not only reduces noise, but also keeps and highlights more details of vein texture.Two kinds of digital vein image enhancement algorithms based on edge detection weighted guided filter and guided filter are compared on domestic and foreign databases. The results show that,The former has lower error recognition rate when the time complexity is invariable.
