【摘要】：隨著公交智能化發(fā)展以及定位技術(shù)的成熟,GPS定位技術(shù)已廣泛應(yīng)用于交通領(lǐng)域。由車載GPS采集的大量軌跡數(shù)據(jù)蘊(yùn)含著大量信息,具有十分重要的研究價(jià)值。本文以公交軌跡數(shù)據(jù)為研究對象,進(jìn)行公交線路抽取和公交站點(diǎn)挖掘。文章使用軌跡壓縮算法進(jìn)行線路幾何關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)提取,使用聚類相關(guān)算法進(jìn)行站點(diǎn)挖掘,取得了良好的效果。本文主要的研究工作如下:(1)對漂移軌跡數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,去除無效的軌跡數(shù)據(jù),并使用角度限值法和垂距限值法對冗余數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行清理,減少了參與算法壓縮的軌跡數(shù)據(jù)量,提高了數(shù)據(jù)處理速度。(2)使用Douglas-Peucker算法進(jìn)行軌跡數(shù)據(jù)壓縮,對壓縮出現(xiàn)的線路抖動情況使用垂距開口比的方法解決,將處理結(jié)果與道路圖形進(jìn)行對比,處理效果良好。(3)在網(wǎng)格密度聚類算法的基礎(chǔ)上,對軌跡進(jìn)行聚類識別,結(jié)合速度約束,獲取更加精煉的聚類簇;設(shè)定時(shí)間劃分的約束,選取車輛不易發(fā)生擁堵的時(shí)段,結(jié)合速度約束,對軌跡進(jìn)行聚類統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,獲取站點(diǎn)聚類及聚類代表點(diǎn)作為公交站點(diǎn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明該方法能夠有效挖掘公交站點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the intelligent development of public transportation and the mature GPS positioning technology, GPS positioning technology has been widely used in the field of transportation.A large amount of track data collected by vehicle GPS contains a lot of information, which has very important research value.In this paper, bus track data as the research object, bus route extraction and bus station mining.In this paper, the path compression algorithm is used to extract the key points of line geometry, and the clustering correlation algorithm is used to mine the sites, and good results are obtained.The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) the drift trajectory data is processed, the invalid trajectory data is removed, and the redundant data is cleaned up by the angle limit method and the vertical limit value method, which reduces the amount of track data compressed by the algorithm.The Douglas-Peucker algorithm is used to compress the track data, and the vertical opening ratio is used to solve the jitter of the line, and the processing result is compared with the road figure.On the basis of the grid density clustering algorithm, the trajectory is identified, the more refined clustering cluster is obtained by combining the speed constraint, the time division constraint is set, and the time period when the vehicle is not easy to be congested is selected.Combined with speed constraint, cluster statistical analysis of track is carried out, and cluster and cluster representative points are obtained as bus stations.Experimental results show that this method can effectively mine bus stations.
