【摘要】：通過對氣象為農服務的背景分析,系統(tǒng)闡述直通式氣象服務的主要任務和具體要求。結合服務需求,提出建立直通式服務系統(tǒng)的基本思路與模塊功能設計。通過用戶信息子系統(tǒng)、服務咨詢子系統(tǒng)、商務管理子系統(tǒng)、信息推送子系統(tǒng)的建設,實現(xiàn)針對新型農業(yè)經營主體的直通式、個性化服務。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the background of meteorological service for agriculture, the main tasks and specific requirements of direct-through meteorological service are expounded systematically.According to the service demand, this paper puts forward the basic idea and the module function design of the straight-through service system.Through the construction of user information subsystem, service consultation subsystem, business management subsystem and information push subsystem, we can realize the straight-through and individualized service for the new agricultural management subject.
