【摘要】：電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)作為21世紀(jì)新興的產(chǎn)業(yè)模式,經(jīng)過(guò)短短十幾年的磨練,已經(jīng)飛速發(fā)展成為當(dāng)今人民生活群眾生活中必不可少的一部分,然而電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)快速的發(fā)展也對(duì)其管理模式和資源整合提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。因此本文針對(duì)電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的ERP系統(tǒng)。ERP是Enterprise Resource Planning的縮寫,即企業(yè)資源規(guī)劃,它是一種將企業(yè)資源整合并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌的管理理念,可以有效的提高的企業(yè)管理質(zhì)量。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于ERP系統(tǒng)的研究得知,ERP目前已經(jīng)廣泛的應(yīng)用于大型企業(yè),并具有較好的應(yīng)用成果。在設(shè)計(jì)階段,本文基于某電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的特點(diǎn)出發(fā),采用ERP系統(tǒng)理念,對(duì)電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的ERP系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)出5個(gè)子系統(tǒng),分別是計(jì)劃管理子系統(tǒng)、商品管理子系統(tǒng)、供應(yīng)商管理子系統(tǒng)、合同管理子系統(tǒng)和財(cái)務(wù)子系統(tǒng)。每個(gè)子系統(tǒng)中提供具有針對(duì)性的功能,每個(gè)子系統(tǒng)又根據(jù)實(shí)際需求,設(shè)計(jì)了相關(guān)的子功能,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)全面的電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的管理。在計(jì)劃管理子系統(tǒng)中,設(shè)計(jì)了建立計(jì)劃、計(jì)劃審核和計(jì)劃進(jìn)展這三個(gè)主要功能,建立需求計(jì)劃的建立、審核和進(jìn)展查詢這一完整流程。在商品管理子系統(tǒng)中,設(shè)計(jì)了商品創(chuàng)建、商品狀態(tài)管理、商品金額管理、商品庫(kù)存管理這四個(gè)主要功能,建立了完整的商品管理系統(tǒng)。在供應(yīng)商管理子系統(tǒng)中,設(shè)計(jì)了供應(yīng)商注冊(cè)、供應(yīng)商審核和供應(yīng)商評(píng)估這三個(gè)主要功能,旨在提供對(duì)供應(yīng)商的基本管理。在合同管理子系統(tǒng)中,設(shè)計(jì)了合同模板管理功能、合同履行管理功能、合同統(tǒng)計(jì)管理功能和合同模板簽訂功能,通過(guò)合同管理子系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)供應(yīng)商和對(duì)電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的管理者提出了一定的行為規(guī)范。在實(shí)現(xiàn)階段,以Java作為開發(fā)語(yǔ)言,開發(fā)J2EE項(xiàng)目,利用struts、spring和hibernate框架實(shí)現(xiàn)B/S架構(gòu)模式,將web層、service層和DAO層之間實(shí)現(xiàn)了貫穿連接。通過(guò)SQL Server2008實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的連接與操作。在實(shí)現(xiàn)階段,基于設(shè)計(jì)階段對(duì)子系統(tǒng)所設(shè)計(jì)的功能進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)外,還實(shí)現(xiàn)了基本的管理模塊,例如登錄模塊等。在測(cè)試階段,通過(guò)對(duì)測(cè)試方法的分析,本文選擇通過(guò)黑盒測(cè)試的方法檢測(cè)各子系統(tǒng)是否能夠正常運(yùn)行。在各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試中,主要檢測(cè)了功能的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的正常連接并顯示數(shù)據(jù)等。通過(guò)黑盒測(cè)試的測(cè)試結(jié)果,可以證明本文所設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)ERP管理系統(tǒng)具有良好的可用性和可靠性,能夠?qū)﹄娮由虅?wù)平臺(tái)中的信息進(jìn)行科學(xué)有效的管理,通過(guò)對(duì)某電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)特點(diǎn)的分析,本文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了適用于其業(yè)務(wù)的ERP系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了資源整合,協(xié)同了數(shù)據(jù)之間的調(diào)用與協(xié)作,從而方便了管理者和使用者對(duì)資源的了解與管理,對(duì)今后電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的發(fā)展具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:E-commerce platform as a new industrial model in 21th century, after a short period of more than ten years of training, has become an essential part of the life of the people. However, the rapid development of e-commerce platform also poses a new challenge to its management model and resource integration. Therefore, this paper aims at the characteristics of e-commerce platform. Design and implement ERP system of E-commerce platform. ERP is the abbreviation of Enterprise Resource Planning, namely enterprise resource planning. It is a kind of management idea that integrates the enterprise resources and plans as a whole, which can effectively improve the quality of the enterprise management. Through the research on the ERP system at home and abroad, we know. ERP has been widely used in large enterprises, and has good application results. In the design stage, based on the characteristics of a certain e-commerce platform, this paper adopts the concept of ERP system. Five subsystems are designed for the ERP system of e-commerce platform, namely, plan management subsystem, commodity management subsystem and supplier management subsystem. Contract management subsystem and financial subsystem. Each subsystem provides targeted functions, and each subsystem designs related sub-functions according to actual needs. In the planning management subsystem, three main functions of establishing plan, plan audit and plan progress are designed, and the establishment of requirement plan is established. In the commodity management subsystem, the four main functions of commodity creation, commodity state management, commodity amount management and commodity inventory management are designed. A complete commodity management system is established. In the supplier management subsystem, the three main functions of supplier registration, supplier audit and supplier evaluation are designed. In the contract management subsystem, the functions of contract template management, contract performance management, contract statistics management and contract template signing are designed. Through the contract management subsystem to achieve the supplier and the e-commerce platform managers put forward a certain behavior standard. In the implementation stage, using Java as the development language to develop J2EE project. Using the strutsspring and hibernate framework to implement the B / S architecture pattern, the web layer. The connection between service layer and DAO layer is realized. The connection and operation of database are realized through SQL Server2008. In addition to the implementation of the functions designed by the subsystem in the design phase, the basic management modules, such as login module, are implemented. In the test phase, the test method is analyzed. This paper chooses the method of black box test to detect the normal operation of each subsystem. In the test of each subsystem, it mainly detects the normal operation of the function. Through the test results of black box test, it can be proved that the ERP management system designed and implemented in this paper has good availability and reliability. Through the analysis of the characteristics of a certain e-commerce platform, this paper designs and implements the ERP system suitable for its business, and realizes the integration of resources. It can help managers and users to understand and manage resources, which is helpful to the development of electronic commerce platform in the future.
