基于元胞自動(dòng)機(jī)法的復(fù)合材料密封環(huán)微觀磨損狀態(tài)模擬

【摘要】:基于離散體系的移動(dòng)元胞自動(dòng)機(jī)方法,并考慮多種填充材料的影響,構(gòu)建了重型車(chē)輛傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的復(fù)合材料密封環(huán)的離散模型,選擇聚四氟乙烯和聚醚醚銅兩種復(fù)合材料,進(jìn)行密封摩擦副微觀摩擦磨損過(guò)程的可視化對(duì)比仿真。通過(guò)仿真直觀觀察密封表面微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)演化,及其機(jī)械混合層的形成和發(fā)展過(guò)程。通過(guò)磨損元胞的統(tǒng)計(jì)計(jì)算,分析在模擬時(shí)間內(nèi)兩種復(fù)合材料密封環(huán)的微觀磨損情況。同時(shí)開(kāi)展了密封環(huán)摩擦磨損試驗(yàn),通過(guò)掃描電子顯微鏡觀察兩種密封材料的表面形貌,結(jié)果表明,在材料顆粒磨損方面,仿真與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果基本一致,驗(yàn)證了通過(guò)移動(dòng)元胞自動(dòng)機(jī)方法開(kāi)展復(fù)合材料密封環(huán)微觀摩擦磨損模擬的有效性。
[Abstract]:Based on the moving cellular automata method of discrete system and considering the influence of various filling materials, the discrete model of composite sealing ring for heavy vehicle transmission system is constructed. Two kinds of composite materials, PTFE and polyether copper, are selected. Visual contrast simulation of micro friction and wear process of sealing friction pair is carried out. The dynamic evolution of the microstructure of the seal surface and the formation and development of the mechanical mixing layer were observed by simulation. Through the statistical calculation of the wear cells, the micro-wear of two composite sealing rings during the simulated time was analyzed. At the same time, the friction and wear tests of sealing ring were carried out. The surface morphology of the two sealing materials was observed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results in the aspect of material particle wear. The validity of micro friction and wear simulation of composite sealing rings by moving cellular automata is verified.
