電機測功系統(tǒng)開發(fā)
[Abstract]:In recent years, the new energy vehicle has changed from a hot spot in the industry to a hot spot in the whole society. The recent executive meeting of the State Council decided to step up support for the new energy car industry, indicating the government's determination to develop the new energy car, which is a strong shot in the arm of the industry. In such a big environment, the new energy automobile industry is developing rapidly. As the core of the new energy vehicle, the working performance of the motor largely determines the performance of the new energy vehicle, so the test of the motor on the dynamometer is particularly important. The experimental platform is indispensable in the research of science and technology and the production of products. At the same time, it is also a crucial link. The advancement of equipment and control technology determines the merits and demerits of an experimental platform. There are several types of dynamometer, such as electric dynamometer, eddy current dynamometer, hydraulic dynamometer, magnetic powder dynamometer and so on. Among them, electric dynamometer is a relatively advanced loading dynamometer, which has great advantages in working performance, safety, etc. Especially, it is still loaded accurately at low speed. Another of the biggest advantages of electric dynamometer is its energy feedback function. It can convert the mechanical energy from the motor tested to the power grid instead of converting the mechanical energy into heat energy and consume it. From this aspect, the electric dynamometer saves energy, has the very big economy, therefore, it is very important to design a set of electric power measuring system, this subject is put forward under this background. This paper provides a set of feasible solutions for power measurement system based on the existing conditions in the laboratory. Firstly, the complete system framework is described, and some general standards of mechanical design are referred to standardize the system as much as possible. In addition, the frequency converter and control mode of dynamometer are introduced, the advantages of direct torque control mode are explained, and the CANopen network and ABB Drive communication protocol are introduced in the remote control mode of frequency converter. The discharge cabinet designed in this paper only works when the bus voltage is higher than the open voltage. The purpose of the design is to prevent the busbar voltage from damaging the power supply and controller caused by the test fault. This and the traditional sense of the role of discharge tank is not a concept. Finally, this paper also did the motor performance test and the whole vehicle simulation test on this system, which laid a certain foundation for the later system improvement.
