【摘要】：目的研究型面數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)階段的汽車內(nèi)飾感知品質(zhì)提升辦法。方法在汽車造型開發(fā)流程引入汽車感知品質(zhì)控制,基于競(jìng)品案例與數(shù)據(jù)分析,將感知評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)中的線、面及部件配合關(guān)系方面的感性及理性認(rèn)識(shí),形成型面數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)中的質(zhì)量改進(jìn)措施;并介紹了上述辦法在某車型造型設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用過(guò)程及感知品質(zhì)改善結(jié)果。結(jié)論將感知品質(zhì)的控制提前至型面數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)階段,并形成控制辦法,可從設(shè)計(jì)源頭提升汽車內(nèi)飾感知品質(zhì),是一種切實(shí)可行的質(zhì)量控制途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the perceived quality of automotive interior decoration in the digital design stage. Methods the perception quality control was introduced into the automobile modeling development process. Based on the case study and data analysis, the perception evaluation problem was transformed into the perceptual and rational understanding of the line, surface and component coordination relationship in digital design. The quality improvement measures in the digital design of the forming surface are introduced, and the application process of the above method in the modeling design of a certain vehicle model and the result of improving the perceived quality are introduced. Conclusion to advance the control of perceived quality to the digital design stage of profile and form the control method can improve the perception quality of automobile interior decoration from the design source. It is a feasible way of quality control.
