基于人機工程學的乘用車總布置開發(fā)

【摘要】:乘用車總布置開發(fā)是整個乘用車開發(fā)的核心及基礎。而基于人機工程學的乘用車總布置開發(fā)則是乘用車總布置開發(fā)的大勢所趨。本文首先介紹了基于人機工程學的總布置開發(fā)大致流程及具體要求,對駕駛員的姿態(tài)設定、在整車中的位置設定以及主要操縱件布置都做了詳細的說明。本文重點是利用Ramsis軟件及人機驗證模型平臺對上述初步設定好的總布置方案進行搭建、校核、評價、修正。本文對Ramsis軟件的主要功能和應用流程做了介紹,并對Ramsis校核時人體模型的選擇及常見人機工程問題的校核過程做了重點說明。其中通過Ramsis對駕駛員的主要視野盲區(qū),比如前方下部視野盲區(qū),A、B、C柱視野盲區(qū),左右側下部視野盲區(qū),后方下部視野盲區(qū),后視鏡視野盲區(qū)的產生、目標設定、校核驗證及改善建議都做了詳細的說明。人機驗證模型平臺的基本構造、搭建流程、人及相關零部件的安裝及基于此的主觀評價及對人機總布置方案的反饋也是本文的重點內容。本文結合車型A的實際人機驗證模型平臺的搭建、標定、主觀評價的內容及評價結果的篩選反饋過程,將人機驗證模型平臺在人機主觀評價及對人機總布置方案的評價、修正上的應用闡述的深入明確。通過對乘用車總布置人機工程方案的評價、修正方法的分析研究,總結出了評價、修正人機工程方案的兩套方案的具體流程及應用說明,這對以后中國自主品牌乘用車的開發(fā)提供了詳實可用的技術依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Passenger car layout development is the core and foundation of the whole passenger car development.The development of passenger car layout based on ergonomics is the general trend of passenger car layout development.This paper first introduces the general layout development process and specific requirements based on ergonomics, and gives a detailed description of the driver's posture setting, the position setting in the whole vehicle and the layout of the main manipulators.The emphasis of this paper is to set up, check, evaluate and modify the preliminary layout scheme by using Ramsis software and man-machine verification model platform.In this paper, the main functions and application flow of Ramsis software are introduced, and the selection of human body model and the checking process of common ergonomics problems in Ramsis verification are emphasized.Among them, the main blind areas of the driver's visual field, such as the blind area of the front and lower visual field, the blind area of the left and right lower visual field, the blind area of the rear lower visual field, the blind area of the rear-view mirror visual field, the creation of the blind area of the driver's visual field through Ramsis,Verification and improvement recommendations are described in detail.The basic structure of the man-machine verification model platform, the process of building, the installation of human and related parts, the subjective evaluation based on this and the feedback to the general layout of man-machine are also the key contents of this paper.In this paper, the actual man-machine verification model platform of vehicle A is built, calibrated, the content of subjective evaluation and the selection and feedback process of evaluation results are selected, the man-machine verification model platform is evaluated in the human-machine subjective evaluation and the overall layout scheme of man-machine is evaluated.Correction of the application of the elaboration of the depth of clarity.Through the evaluation of ergonomics scheme of general layout of passenger cars and the analysis and study of the correction method, the concrete flow and application instructions of the two sets of schemes for the evaluation and modification of ergonomics schemes are summarized.This provides a detailed technical basis for the future development of China's own brand passenger cars.
