【摘要】：為滿足電動(dòng)汽車空調(diào)的工程需求,采用一體式電機(jī)-渦旋壓縮機(jī),研究了壓縮機(jī)中永磁同步電機(jī)無位置傳感器控制方案。該方案基于傳統(tǒng)的三段式驅(qū)動(dòng)方法,在開環(huán)加速與轉(zhuǎn)速閉環(huán)之間,增加位置閉環(huán)的環(huán)節(jié),以改善切換的可靠性。在閉環(huán)運(yùn)行階段,采用滑模觀測器估算電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子位置和轉(zhuǎn)速,進(jìn)行了大量樣機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn),通過相電流、母線電流、轉(zhuǎn)速、轉(zhuǎn)矩和功率等多參數(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的互相印證,驗(yàn)證了控制方案的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the engineering requirements of electric automobile air conditioning, the integrated motor - scroll compressor, the compressor PMSM sensorless control scheme. The scheme method of driving three stage based on tradition, between the open loop and closed loop speed accelerated, increasing the position closed-loop links, to improve the reliability of the switch. Closed loop operation stage, to estimate the rotor position and speed of the sliding mode observer, carried out a large number of experiments, the phase current, current, speed, torque and power and other parameters of experimental results confirm each other, verify the effectiveness of the control scheme and feasibility.
