【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)制造在價(jià)值鏈創(chuàng)造上的不足,構(gòu)建了服務(wù)型制造企業(yè)內(nèi)部?jī)r(jià)值鏈,提出了向顧客需求服務(wù)延伸、信息共享、資源整合和綠色價(jià)值創(chuàng)造等制造業(yè)參與服務(wù)型制造內(nèi)部?jī)r(jià)值創(chuàng)造的四種途徑,總結(jié)了服務(wù)型制造企業(yè)內(nèi)部?jī)r(jià)值鏈優(yōu)化的三步驟和服務(wù)型制造下的業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的新特征,并采用業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的思想對(duì)實(shí)證企業(yè)內(nèi)部?jī)r(jià)值鏈進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,為制造企業(yè)在轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中如何提高價(jià)值創(chuàng)造能力引入了新的思路和觀(guān)點(diǎn),也從價(jià)值鏈角度進(jìn)一步完善了服務(wù)型制造理論體系。
[Abstract]:In view of the deficiency of traditional manufacturing in value chain creation, this paper constructs the internal value chain of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises, and puts forward the extension of service to customer demand and the sharing of information. There are four ways for manufacturing industry to participate in the internal value creation of service-oriented manufacturing, such as resource integration and green value creation. This paper summarizes the three steps of the internal value chain optimization and the new characteristics of the business process reengineering under the service manufacturing, and adopts the idea of business process reengineering to optimize the internal value chain of the empirical enterprises. This paper introduces new ideas and viewpoints on how to improve the value creation ability of manufacturing enterprises in the process of transformation, and further improves the theory system of service-oriented manufacturing from the perspective of value chain.
