外源有機(jī)物與溫度耦合作用對(duì)紅松闊葉混交林土壤有機(jī)碳的激發(fā)效應(yīng)

【摘要】:[目的]探討添加不同比例外源有機(jī)物與溫度對(duì)森林土壤有機(jī)碳礦化的影響,以期進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)二者與土壤有機(jī)碳的生態(tài)聯(lián)系。[方法]將涼水國家級(jí)自然保護(hù)區(qū)紅松闊葉混交林試驗(yàn)樣地內(nèi)收集的紅松枯葉、椴樹和楓樺枯葉(闊葉枯葉)作為外源有機(jī)物,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)室培養(yǎng)法,在恒溫箱內(nèi)模擬了紅松枯葉和不同添加比例的闊葉枯葉在不同培養(yǎng)溫度(25、30、35℃)和培養(yǎng)時(shí)間(5、10、20、35、60、90 d)的礦化過程,利用堿液吸收法測定了不同處理土壤CO_2的釋放量,計(jì)算了其有機(jī)碳礦化速率和累積礦化量,分析了其對(duì)土壤有機(jī)碳的激發(fā)效應(yīng)。[結(jié)果]培養(yǎng)溫度為25、35℃時(shí),混合添加闊葉枯葉的激發(fā)效應(yīng)優(yōu)于紅松枯葉的激發(fā)效應(yīng)。培養(yǎng)溫度為30℃時(shí),添加紅松枯葉的激發(fā)效應(yīng)優(yōu)于闊葉枯葉的激發(fā)效應(yīng)。3個(gè)培養(yǎng)溫度下,添加枯葉對(duì)土壤礦化過程具有顯著的促進(jìn)作用(P0.05)。培養(yǎng)溫度為30℃時(shí),添加外源有機(jī)物對(duì)土壤有機(jī)碳的激發(fā)效應(yīng)最優(yōu)。[結(jié)論]紅松闊葉混交林土壤有機(jī)碳的激發(fā)效應(yīng)受添加外源有機(jī)物的種類、培養(yǎng)溫度以及培養(yǎng)時(shí)間等許多因素的影響。
