不同基肥處理對玉米土壤酶活性和球囊霉素相關土壤蛋白的影響

【摘要】:球囊霉素相關土壤蛋白(GRSP)和酶活性對調(diào)節(jié)土壤中生物化學轉(zhuǎn)換以及保持土壤碳、氮、磷循環(huán)起到重要作用,為向土壤養(yǎng)分狀況改善及農(nóng)田可持續(xù)利用提供理論依據(jù),選擇河西走廊地區(qū)沙壤土,研究氮磷鉀配施(OF)、單施有機肥(CF)以及氮磷鉀與有機肥配施(CF-OF)3種基肥處理對蠟熟期玉米根際、非根際易提取球囊霉素土壤蛋白(e-GRSP)、總球囊霉素土壤蛋白(t-GRSP)、堿性磷酸酶活性(ALP)、芳香氨基酶活性(ARY)、脲酶活性(URE)、過氧化氫酶活性(CAT)和β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶活性(NAG)的影響,以不施基肥(CK)為對照.結果顯示,施用有機肥顯著增加了玉米根際、非根際土壤e-GRSP含量,提高了根際、非根際土壤ALP、ARY、URE、NAG,而且根際、非根際以及土層之間差異極顯著(P0.01),但施肥處理對CAT和t-GRSP影響不明顯;相關性分析顯示e-GRSP、t-GRSP、土壤酶活性與堿解氮、有機質(zhì)、全氮之間呈顯著或極顯著正相關;逐步回歸分析表明e-GRSP、t-GRSP與ALP之間呈極顯著的線性關系(P0.001).本研究表明在干旱半干旱區(qū)沙壤土中基施有機肥能改善與土壤碳、氮、磷循環(huán)密切相關的土壤酶活性,提高GRSP含量,從而提高土壤肥力.
[Abstract]:The activities of (GRSP) and enzyme play an important role in regulating the biochemical transformation in soil and maintaining the cycle of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in soil. It provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of soil nutrient status and sustainable utilization of farmland. The sandy loam in Hexi Corridor is selected and the combined application of (OF), with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is studied. Application of organic fertilizer (CF) and combined application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (CF-OF) to the Rhizosphere and non-Rhizosphere extraction of Ballomycin soil protein (e-GRSP), Total Ballomycin soil protein (t-GRSP) and Alkaline phosphatase activity (ALP), aromatic aminase activity (ARY), urease activity (URE), in waxy mature Maize (Zea Mays L.) The effects of catalase activity (CAT) and 尾-glucosaminidase activity (NAG) were compared with (CK) without base fertilizer. The results showed that the application of organic fertilizer significantly increased the content of e-GRSP in Rhizosphere and non-Rhizosphere soil, and increased the ALP,ARY,URE,NAG, content in Rhizosphere and non-Rhizosphere soil, and the difference between Rhizosphere, non-Rhizosphere and soil layer was very significant (P 0.01), but the effect of fertilizer treatment on CAT and t-GRSP was not obvious.
