氮肥及硝化抑制劑配合施用對石灰性土壤二氧化碳釋放的影響

【摘要】:為研究施用氮肥對同時含有有機碳及無機碳石灰性土壤碳釋放的影響,在陜西楊凌進行田間試驗,比較了不同施氮量(0、160、220 kg·hm~(-2))及其與硝化抑制劑(DCD)配合(N160、N220及N160+DCD、N220+DCD)對土壤pH值、礦質(zhì)態(tài)氮含量和二氧化碳(CO_2)釋放量的影響。結果表明:施用氮肥顯著降低了耕層土壤pH;配施DCD后土壤pH降低幅度小于未加DCD處理;加入DCD使氮肥的硝化過程推遲了約20 d;未加DCD處理的土壤CO_2釋放量隨施氮量增加而增加,試驗結束時(施肥37 d后)土壤CO_2累積釋放量最高達到167.1 g·m~(-2)。與N0處理相比,N160和N220處理的土壤CO_2累積釋放量顯著增加,增幅分別為20.9%和25.7%;N160+DCD和N220+DCD處理顯著降低了土壤CO_2累積釋放量,比對應相同施氮量處理分別降低了13.5%和11.0%。上述結果說明施用氮肥會同時影響石灰性土壤有機碳及無機碳的釋放,施用氮肥引起的土壤無機碳的釋放值得關注。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of nitrogen fertilizer application on carbon release from calcareous soil containing both organic and inorganic carbon, a field experiment was conducted in Yang Ling, Shaanxi Province, to compare different nitrogen rates (0160220 kg hm~ (-2) and their combinations with nitrification inhibitor (DCD) (N160). The effects of N220 and N160 DCD,N220 DCD on soil pH value, mineral nitrogen content and CO_2 emission were investigated. The results showed that the reduction of soil pH was significantly lower after applying nitrogen fertilizer than that without DCD, and the nitrification process of nitrogen fertilizer was delayed by about 20 days. The amount of CO_2 released from the soil without DCD treatment increased with the increase of nitrogen application. The cumulative release of CO_2 reached the highest level of 167.1 g m2 at the end of the experiment (37 days after fertilization). Compared with N0 treatment, the cumulative release of CO_2 in N160 and N220 treatments was significantly increased by 20.9% and 25.775%, respectively. N160 DCD and N220 DCD treatments significantly reduced the cumulative release of soil CO_2, and decreased the cumulative release of CO_2 by 13.5% and 11.0%, respectively, compared with the corresponding nitrogen application treatments. The results indicated that nitrogen fertilizer could affect the release of organic and inorganic carbon from calcareous soil, and the release of inorganic carbon from calcareous soil should be paid more attention to.
