土壤微生物與有機物料對鹽堿土團聚體形成的影響
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of microbial communities from different sources and organic materials on the formation of aggregates in saline-alkali soils, soil culture experiments were carried out. The microbial communities from different sources were inoculated into saline-alkali soils of Qinghai Province or yellow brown soil to prepare soil suspensions, and rotting organic manure or semi-rotting organic matter (corn straw and cow dung) were added to saline-alkali soil. Soil samples were cultured at room temperature for 45 minutes for 90 days, and soil related indexes were measured. The results showed that the effect of inoculating native microorganisms and adding semi-rotten organic materials (SS MS-CD) was the best in the aspects of the decrease of pH value, the formation of soil aggregates and the number of microorganisms among the treatments. Compared with the control, the soil pH value of the treatment decreased by 0.6 units, and the effect of soil aggregate formation was better than that of other treatments, forming 0.62% of the large aggregate (2 mm),). However, the other treatments did not form 2 mm large aggregates, and increased the formation ratio of small aggregates (2 0. 25 mm). This treatment also increased soil enzyme activity and soil respiration rate. The experimental results provide a theoretical reference for the preparation of saline-alkali soil.
