模擬氮沉降對(duì)典型闊葉紅松林土壤微生物群落特征的影響

【摘要】:【目的】探究氮沉降增加對(duì)闊葉紅松(Pinus koraiensis)混交林土壤微生物群落特征的影響。【方法】對(duì)闊葉紅松林進(jìn)行模擬氮沉降實(shí)驗(yàn),設(shè)置對(duì)照(N0,0 kg/(hm~2·a))、低氮(N1,30 kg/(hm~2·a))、中氮(N2,60kg/(hm~2·a))和高氮(N3,120 kg/(hm~2·a))共4組處理,在實(shí)驗(yàn)樣地內(nèi)采集0~10 cm、≥10~20 cm土層中的土壤,測(cè)定土壤微生物生物量碳(SMBC)及土壤微生物生物量氮(SMBN)含量及變化!窘Y(jié)果】(1)模擬氮沉降未改變SMBC、SMBN及SMBC/SMBN的垂直分布;SMBC、SMBN在生長(zhǎng)季月動(dòng)態(tài)曲線均為以8月中旬為峰值的單峰型曲線,SMBC/SMBN的曲線波動(dòng)較大,0~10 cm土層以N0處理的結(jié)果波動(dòng)范圍最小(2.83~6.97)。(2)模擬氮沉降僅對(duì)0~10 cm土層6、8月中旬的SMBC以及5、6、8月中旬的SMBC/SMBN有顯著影響(P0.05),而對(duì)SMBC、SMBN及SMBC/SMBN的生長(zhǎng)季平均值無(wú)顯著影響。【結(jié)論】模擬氮沉降對(duì)闊葉紅松林土壤微生物生物量的影響僅在個(gè)別月份中表現(xiàn)明顯,而對(duì)于整個(gè)生長(zhǎng)季而言,更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的模擬氮沉降實(shí)驗(yàn)才可能對(duì)土壤微生物生物量產(chǎn)生明顯的影響。
