相對濕度對咖啡豆象生長發(fā)育、繁殖及種群增長的影響

【摘要】:【目的】研究在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下,咖啡豆象Araecerus fasciculatus生命活動對不同相對濕度環(huán)境的適生性,并通過組建實(shí)驗(yàn)種群生命表,明確相對濕度對其種群增長的影響!痉椒ā繉(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)定30%、45%、60%、75%、90%5個(gè)相對濕度梯度,觀察比較咖啡豆象卵、幼蟲、蛹?xì)v期及其存活率、成蟲壽命、單雌產(chǎn)卵量!窘Y(jié)果】在30%~90%范圍內(nèi),隨相對濕度的增加咖啡豆象幼蟲發(fā)育歷期縮短,卵至蛹期存活率、成蟲壽命及繁殖力提高。相對濕度為90%時(shí),卵、幼蟲、蛹存活率最高且發(fā)育歷期最短,成蟲壽命最長,單雌產(chǎn)卵量最高。各濕度生命表參數(shù)內(nèi)稟增長率(r_m)在0.197~0.319之間,相對濕度75%時(shí)最高;凈增殖率(R_0)在9.653~73.493之間,相對濕度90%時(shí)最高。此外,內(nèi)稟增長率(r_m)、凈增殖率(R_0)與相對濕度關(guān)系符合Logistic模型,分別為y=0.32/1+exp(1.71-0.07x)(R~2=0.90442,P=0.00201)和y=78.13/1+exp(5.03-0.09x)(R2=0.98931,P=0.00213)!窘Y(jié)論】研究表明相對濕度是影響咖啡豆象生長發(fā)育、繁殖力、種群增長的重要因素,有助于進(jìn)一步了解氣象環(huán)境條件對咖啡豆象的影響,同時(shí)為其種群增長數(shù)學(xué)模型的擬合提供參考。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the adaptability of Araecerus fasciculatus life activity to different relative humidity environment in laboratory, and to establish the life table of experimental population. To determine the effect of relative humidity on the population growth. [methods] the experiment set up 300.4545kyong and 60kyung, including 905 relative humidity gradients, observed and compared the egg, larva, pupa duration and survival rate of the coffee bean elephant, the adult life span, the number of eggs laid by a single female. [results] within the range of 30% or 90%, With the increase of relative humidity, the larval development period of coffee bean elephant was shortened, the survival rate of egg to pupa, the longevity and fecundity of adult were increased. When the relative humidity is 90, the survival rate of eggs, larvae and pupae is the highest and the development period is the shortest, the adult life is the longest, and the number of eggs laid by single female is the highest. The intrinsic growth rate (r _ S _ m) of each humidity life table parameter is between 0.197 and 0.319, and the maximum relative humidity is 75, the net multiplication rate (R0) is between 9.653 and 73.493, and the relative humidity at 90 is the highest. In addition, the intrinsic growth rate (RIM), the net proliferative rate (RV) and the relative humidity (RV) were in accordance with the Logistic model, which were YJ 0.32% 1 exp (1.71-0.07x) (RPX 0.90442 exp 0.00201) and YJ78.13.1 exp (5.03-0.09x) (R22O0.98931P0. 00213). [conclusion] the study shows that RH is an important factor affecting the growth, development, fecundity and population growth of Coffea. It is helpful to further understand the influence of meteorological environment on coffee bean and to provide a reference for fitting the mathematical model of population growth.
