【摘要】：本文對(duì)白星花金龜?shù)睦∶椭形倪M(jìn)行了考證,指出了白星花金龜正確的拉丁名,對(duì)白星花金龜?shù)闹形拿岢隽私ㄗh,并通過(guò)分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)和幾何形態(tài)學(xué)方法對(duì)新疆地區(qū)白星花金龜?shù)娜肭謥?lái)源進(jìn)行了推測(cè),主要結(jié)果如下:1.通過(guò)采集各地區(qū)的白星花金龜標(biāo)本和閱讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),考證白星花金龜?shù)睦∶?duì)其中文名提出建議,結(jié)果表明,目前白星花金龜國(guó)際上認(rèn)可的拉丁名稱(chēng)為:Protaetia brevitarsis是由George Lewis于1879年提出的,其他名稱(chēng)均為異名。根據(jù)白星花金龜拉丁學(xué)名種名“brevitarsis”的實(shí)際拉丁文含義為“短的跗節(jié)”,因此,該種的學(xué)術(shù)名稱(chēng)應(yīng)被稱(chēng)為短跗星花金龜。但鑒于白星花金龜是國(guó)內(nèi)使用最廣的中文名,已為學(xué)界承認(rèn),并且該中文名稱(chēng)在一定程度上也反映了該種的鑒定特征,我們認(rèn)為沿用白星花金龜作為其正確的中文名進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一規(guī)范較為適宜。2.對(duì)新疆以及新疆以外地區(qū)和國(guó)家進(jìn)行廣泛的樣本采集,通過(guò)分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)技術(shù),以線(xiàn)粒體基因COI和核基因EF-1α為遺傳標(biāo)記,推斷新疆不同區(qū)域的白星花金龜種群間的親緣關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明,新疆地區(qū)的白星花金龜聚為同一分支,同源性較高,與新疆地區(qū)最近的內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)和寧夏地區(qū)的白星花金龜標(biāo)本與新疆地區(qū)標(biāo)本的同源性較高。3.選擇了來(lái)自我國(guó)及周邊國(guó)家地區(qū)的700頭白星花金龜標(biāo)本,涵蓋中國(guó)境內(nèi)絕大部分布省市,且重點(diǎn)對(duì)新疆地區(qū)進(jìn)行了廣泛采樣,利用幾何形態(tài)學(xué)定量分析方法,評(píng)估不同地理種群的白星花金龜?shù)姆N群關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明前胸背板和鞘翅上的白斑可以作為白星花金龜?shù)乩矸N群變異的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),我們推測(cè)新疆白星花金龜是通過(guò)青海省北部以外的寧夏、內(nèi)蒙古和甘肅三省入侵到新疆自治區(qū),或者與上述三省該害蟲(chóng)的入侵來(lái)源一致。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the Latin names and Chinese names of the white star tortoise are studied, the correct Latin names of the white star tortoises are pointed out, and the Chinese names of the white star tortoises are suggested. Molecular systematics and geometric morphology were used to infer the origin of the invasion. The main results were as follows: 1. By collecting the specimens of the white star tortoise from various areas and reading the relevant literature, the Latin name of the golden tortoise is verified and some suggestions are made on its Chinese name. The results show that, At present, the internationally recognized Latin name of the White Starling Tortoise is: Protaetia brevitarsis, which was proposed by George Lewis in 1879, and the other names are all synonyms. According to the Latin name of "brevitarsis", the actual Latin meaning of "brevitarsis" is "short tarsal section", so the academic name of this species should be called "short tarsal tortoise". However, since the Chinese name of the Chinese tortoise is the most widely used in China, it has been recognized by scholars, and the Chinese name also reflects the identification characteristics of the species to some extent. We think that it is more appropriate to use the Chinese name as the correct Chinese name to standardize. 2. 2. A wide range of samples were collected from Xinjiang and other regions and countries outside Xinjiang. By molecular systematics, genetic markers of mitochondrial gene COI and nuclear gene EF-1 偽 were used as genetic markers to infer the genetic relationship among the populations of Sparrolla species in different regions of Xinjiang. The results showed that the species in Xinjiang had the same branch and had high homology with the samples from Inner Mongolia and Ningxia, which had higher homology than those from Xinjiang. A total of 700 specimens from China and the surrounding countries were selected, covering the vast majority of provinces and cities in China. Extensive sampling was carried out in Xinjiang, and quantitative analysis of geometric morphology was used. The population relationships among different geographical populations were evaluated. The results showed that the white spot on the back of the front chest and on the wing of the sheath could be used as an index to evaluate the variation of the geographical population of the golden tortoise. We speculate that Xinjiang White Star Tortoise invaded Xinjiang Autonomous region through Ningxia Inner Mongolia and Gansu provinces outside the northern part of Qinghai Province or is consistent with the source of the pest invasion in these three provinces.
