六斑月瓢蟲(chóng)取食不同獵物的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育及繁殖特性

【摘要】:六斑月瓢蟲(chóng)是我國(guó)農(nóng)、林、蔬、果生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中重要的捕食性天敵之一,能夠捕食多種獵物。不同的獵物質(zhì)量顯著影響捕食性天敵昆蟲(chóng)的活力。為評(píng)價(jià)取食不同獵物對(duì)六斑月瓢蟲(chóng)生物學(xué)特性的影響,采用實(shí)驗(yàn)種群生命表的方法研究了六斑月瓢蟲(chóng)取食煙粉虱、豆蚜和玉米蚜的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育和繁殖情況。結(jié)果表明,六斑月瓢蟲(chóng)取食煙粉虱的世代發(fā)育歷期最長(zhǎng)、存活率、雌蟲(chóng)壽命和繁殖力最低,分別為(26.15±0.42)d、(52.95±1.98)%、(53.73±2.17)d和(157.67±16.79)粒/雌;而取食玉米蚜的世代發(fā)育歷期最短、存活率、雌蟲(chóng)壽命和繁殖力最高,分別為(16.40±0.49)d、(77.93±0.76)%、(68.33±4.31)d和(798.77±44.29)粒/雌;取食豆蚜?xí)r的各生物學(xué)參數(shù)介于兩者之間。種群生命表參數(shù)也反映了類似的結(jié)果,取食煙粉虱的凈增殖率(R0)、內(nèi)稟增長(zhǎng)率(r_m)和周限增長(zhǎng)率(λ)最低分別為71.216、0.092和1.094,世代平均歷期(T)最長(zhǎng)為47.377d;取食玉米蚜的R_0、r_m和λ最高分別為290.281、0.131和1.143,T最短為42.428d?傮w來(lái)看,相對(duì)于煙粉虱而言,蚜蟲(chóng)更適合六斑月瓢蟲(chóng)的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育和繁殖,且玉米蚜優(yōu)于豆蚜。
[Abstract]:Ladybug is one of the important predatory natural enemies in agriculture, forest, vegetable and fruit ecosystem in China, which can prey on many kinds of prey. Different prey quality significantly affected the activity of predatory natural enemy insects. In order to evaluate the effect of feeding different prey on the biological characteristics of ladybug, the growth, development and reproduction of B. Tabaci, soybean aphid and maize aphid were studied by the method of life table of experimental population. The results showed that the duration of generation development was the longest, the survival rate, the longevity and fecundity of female were the lowest, which were 53.73 鹵2.17 days and 157.67 鹵16.79 seeds / female, respectively, and the survival rate was the shortest, and the survival rate was the lowest in feeding on maize aphids, and the survival rate of female was the lowest, the survival rate of female was the lowest, and the survival rate of female was the lowest, which was 53.73 鹵2.17 days and 157.67 鹵16.79 / female, respectively. The population life table parameters reflect similar results, The net multiplication rate of Bemisia Tabaci (R0), the intrinsic growth rate (rm) and the weekly limit growth rate (位) were 71.2160.92 and 1.094, respectively, the longest of the generation average duration was 47.377d, and the highest values of R0T and 位 were 290.2810.131 and 1.143T were the shortest 42.428d, respectively. In general, aphids are more suitable for the growth, development and reproduction of ladybugs than Bemisia Tabaci, and the maize aphids are better than the bean aphids.
