含固率和電極間距對(duì)牛糞發(fā)酵產(chǎn)電性能的影響

【摘要】:隨著能源短缺和環(huán)境污染等問題的日益嚴(yán)重,農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物資源化利用引起了廣泛關(guān)注。為了從牛糞等農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)廢棄物中獲取新能源,減少農(nóng)業(yè)固體廢物對(duì)環(huán)境的污染,研究了含固率和電極間距對(duì)牛糞發(fā)酵產(chǎn)電性能的影響,分析了產(chǎn)電過程中電壓、電流、功率密度、揮發(fā)性脂肪酸VFA和COD等指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,含固率對(duì)牛糞發(fā)酵產(chǎn)電性能影響較大,電極間距影響較小。在碳氮比(C/N比)為18,含固率為1%,電極間距為2.5 cm時(shí),產(chǎn)生的電壓最高可達(dá)0.79 V,電流最高可達(dá)0.58 m A,功率密度幅值高達(dá)398 m W/m2,發(fā)酵產(chǎn)電結(jié)束后VFA增加了250%,COD去除率超過了80%。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly serious problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution, the utilization of agricultural wastes has attracted wide attention.In order to obtain new energy from agricultural waste such as cow dung and reduce environmental pollution caused by agricultural solid waste, the effects of solid content and electrode spacing on the electrical properties of cow dung fermentation were studied, and the voltage and current in the process of producing electricity were analyzed.Changes of power density, volatile fatty acid VFA and COD.The results showed that the solid content had a great effect on the electric properties of cow manure fermentation, and the electrode spacing had little effect on it.When the C / N ratio is 18, the solid content is 1, the electrode spacing is 2.5 cm, the maximum voltage is 0.79 V, the current is up to 0.58 Ma, the power density is as high as 398mW / m ~ 2. After the end of the fermentation, the removal rate of VFA increased by 250m ~ (-1) and exceeded 80 ~ (th).
