復(fù)合生物有機肥對烤煙光合生理特性及土壤微生物的影響

【摘要】:為探討配施含芽孢桿菌和EM(effective microorganisms,EM)菌的復(fù)合生物有機肥對烤煙光合生理特性及土壤微生物的影響,通過對該復(fù)合生物有機肥不同配施量與單施化肥的對比,分析打頂7 d后烤煙生長發(fā)育與光合生理特性、煙葉經(jīng)濟性狀與經(jīng)濟效果指數(shù)(economic character index,ECI)和化學(xué)成分可用性指數(shù)(chemical components usable index,CCUI),以及土壤微生物的影響,結(jié)果表明:與單施化肥相比,配施復(fù)合生物有機肥處理的凈光合速率、上等煙比例、均價、產(chǎn)量和產(chǎn)值、煙葉經(jīng)濟效果指數(shù)(ECI)分別提高15.0%~18.1%、6.84%~9.50%、2.86%~3.70%、9.91%~11.90%、13.0%~16.0%,上部橘黃2級(B2F)和中部橘黃3級(C3F)煙葉可用性指數(shù)(CCUI)比單施化肥處理分別提高了5.78%~6.06%和3.54%~5.28%,土壤中的三大微生物細菌、真菌和放線菌總量顯著高于單施化肥的處理。上述結(jié)果揭示復(fù)合生物有機肥在南方煙稻輪作區(qū)植煙土壤上的使用效果,為植煙土壤改良提供新的技術(shù)措施。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of compound organic fertilizer containing Bacillus spp and EM(effective microorganismemma on photosynthetic physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco and soil microorganism, the effects of different amount of compound biological organic fertilizer and single application of chemical fertilizer on the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco were studied. The effects of chemical components usable index and soil microorganism on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco after 7 days of topping, economic character index and economic effect index of tobacco leaf, chemical components usable index and soil microorganism were analyzed. The net photosynthetic rate, the proportion of superior tobacco, the average price, the yield and the output value of the combined biological organic fertilizer treatment, The index of economic effects of tobacco leaves (ECI) increased 15.0 and 18.1and 6.84, respectively, and increased 5.786.06% and 3.545.285.05%, respectively, and increased 5.786.06% and 3.545.285.28%, respectively, and increased 5.786.06% and 3.545.2850%, respectively, compared with the treatment of chemical fertilizer alone, and increased 5.786.06% and 3.545.2850%, respectively, and the three major microbes in the soil were increased by 5.786.06% and 3.545.285.28, respectively. The total amount of fungi and actinomycetes was significantly higher than that of chemical fertilizer alone. The above results revealed the application effect of compound biological organic fertilizer on tobacco planting soil in southern tobacco and rice rotation area and provided new technical measures for the improvement of tobacco planting soil.
