新型大三角槳葉混合槽內(nèi)流場的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:研究了應(yīng)用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)對萃取過程混合澄清槽采用的大三角型槳葉進(jìn)行改進(jìn),在大三角型槳葉基礎(chǔ)上疊加閉式渦輪結(jié)構(gòu),并以水為試驗(yàn)介質(zhì)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)的大三角型槳葉在抽吸能力上有明顯提高,混合效果有一定改善,而攪拌功率消耗并沒有顯著提高。
[Abstract]:The application of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to the improvement of the large triangular blade used in the mixed clarification tank in the extraction process was studied. the closed turbine structure was superimposed on the basis of the large triangular blade and verified by water as the test medium. The results show that the suction capacity of the improved large triangle blade is obviously improved, the mixing effect is improved to a certain extent, but the stirring power consumption is not significantly increased.
