高錳鋼帽型樣品在高速?zèng)_擊下的剪切行為
[Abstract]:Adiabatic shear band is a typical failure form of material during high velocity deformation. In order to better understand the formation and expansion of adiabatic shear band during high velocity impact, the Johnson-Cook constitutive model is used. The shear behavior of high manganese steel cap during high speed impact was simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. The results show that the distribution of stress and strain is the highest in the direction of shear band, and then decreases gradually to both sides, which is similar to Gao Si's distribution, and parallel to the direction of shear band, the distribution of stress and strain is high at both ends and low in middle. Then the shear band and crack formation and propagation direction are determined by using the simulated stress-strain field distribution, that is to say, the shear zone is formed from both ends of the shear zone and propagates to the middle. Finally, the temperature distribution of the deformation affected zone and matrix in and around the shear band is directly obtained by editing the k file of the software, which is consistent with the stress-strain field distribution, and the results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
