【摘要】：依靠激波管可視化實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)架,完成了油氣爆炸的氮?dú)夥穷A(yù)混抑制實(shí)驗(yàn),獲得了火焰前鋒在氮?dú)夥穷A(yù)混段內(nèi)衰減、熄滅過程的高速攝影照片。通過對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和高速攝影照片的分析,討論了油氣爆炸氮?dú)夥穷A(yù)混抑制過程的超壓特性和火焰行為。結(jié)果表明,采用氮?dú)夥穷A(yù)混手段能顯著降低油氣爆炸過程的超壓與超壓上升速率。油氣爆炸的氮?dú)夥穷A(yù)混抑爆過程經(jīng)歷了慣性相持期、抑制衰減期和擴(kuò)散熄滅期3個(gè)階段。氮?dú)夥肿幼鳛榈谌w參與化學(xué)反應(yīng)并攜帶走高能自由基的能量,促使鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng)向中止鏈大量發(fā)展,這是油氣爆炸氮?dú)夥穷A(yù)混抑制過程的主要機(jī)理。抑制衰減期的火焰由衰減抑制區(qū)和核心區(qū)火焰構(gòu)成,火焰與氮?dú)獾南嗷プ饔弥饕l(fā)生在衰減抑制區(qū)內(nèi)。在抑制衰減期內(nèi),火焰速度的衰減可用線性公式描述。
[Abstract]:Based on the shock tube visual experimental bench, the non-premixing suppression experiment of gas and oil explosion was carried out, and a high-speed photograph of the flame front attenuation and quenching process in the non-premixed section of nitrogen was obtained. Based on the analysis of experimental data and high speed photographs, the overpressure characteristics and flame behavior of non-premixing suppression process of nitrogen in oil and gas explosion are discussed. The results show that the overpressure and overpressure rise rate of the explosion process can be significantly reduced by using the non-premixing method of nitrogen gas. The process of non-premixed nitrogen explosion suppression of oil and gas explosion has three stages: inertia phase, attenuation stage and diffusion extinction stage. Nitrogen molecules as the third body take part in chemical reaction and carry energy of high energy free radicals, which promote the chain reaction to the termination of a large number of chain development, which is the main mechanism of non-premixed inhibition process of nitrogen gas in oil and gas explosion. The flame during the attenuation period is composed of the attenuation suppression zone and the core flame, and the interaction between the flame and nitrogen mainly occurs in the attenuation suppression region. The attenuation of flame velocity can be described by linear formula during the attenuation period.
