基于勞動者工作滿意度的煤礦人員排班優(yōu)化

【摘要】:機電隊員工的安全是煤礦安全穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)的一個重要組成部分。員工以盡職盡責的態(tài)度投入工作才能實現(xiàn)零事故、零工傷的安全目標。提高員工滿意度可以促進員工認真積極工作,實現(xiàn)更安全穩(wěn)定的生產(chǎn)。對晉煤集團長平機電隊人員調(diào)度問題進行了研究。首先用三元組α/β/γ方法對問題進行了描述,充分考慮人員的行為特征,結(jié)合前景理論得出滿意度函數(shù)。將人員調(diào)度問題描述為以人員滿意度最大化為目標,并受到成本、勞動法規(guī)及班次等約束限制的優(yōu)化調(diào)度問題,以此建立相應(yīng)的數(shù)學模型;其次運用模擬植物生長算法實現(xiàn)模型求解;最后用實際案例進行了數(shù)值仿真。結(jié)果表明,該優(yōu)化算法可行有效,目的明確,計算時間短,可滿足實際需求。
[Abstract]:The safety of mechatronics team is an important part of safe and stable production of coal mine. Employees with due diligence to work in order to achieve zero accident, zero injury safety goals. Improving employee satisfaction can promote employees to work conscientiously and actively to achieve a safer and more stable production. This paper studies the personnel scheduling problem of Chang Ping Electrical team of Jin Coal Group. Firstly, the problem is described by the triple 偽 / 尾 / 緯 method, and the satisfaction function is obtained by considering the behavior characteristics of the personnel and combining with the prospect theory. The personnel scheduling problem is described as the optimal scheduling problem, which aims at maximizing the satisfaction of personnel, and is constrained by the constraints of cost, labor regulations and shifts, so as to establish the corresponding mathematical model. Secondly, a simulated plant growth algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, a numerical simulation is carried out with a practical case. The results show that the optimization algorithm is feasible and effective, the purpose is clear, the calculation time is short, and it can meet the practical needs.
