不同海拔高度對(duì)硫化鉛鋅礦浮選行為及作用機(jī)制研究
[Abstract]:The effects of different altitude on the flotation behavior of lead ore and sphalerite were studied by single mineral flotation test. The dissolved oxygen amounts of galena and sphalerite mineral pulp were measured at different altitude, the difference of electrochemical behavior between the two minerals was discussed, and the mechanism of the influence of altitude on flotation separation of two minerals was analyzed. The results show that the optimum conditions for the separation of lead and zinc are as follows: ph is about 11, and Eh130 m V. With the increase of altitude, the dissolved oxygen and the pulp potential of the two mineral pulp decrease, which is beneficial to the flotation separation of galena and sphalerite. The low dissolved oxygen content of pulp at high altitude results in low pulp potential, and the lower pulp dissolved oxygen and potential have little effect on the reaction of lead ore with ethylthio-nitrogen to form metal collector salt, which will not affect the flotation of lead ore. However, under these conditions, it is very difficult to form ethylthio-nitrogen on the surface of sphalerite, which is disadvantageous to the flotation of sphalerite, and high pH value can inhibit the formation of hydrophilic substance on the surface of sphalerite. This is the main reason for flotation separation of lead-zinc sulphide ore at high altitude.
