【摘要】：目前我國選煤廠重選系統(tǒng)的分選下限已經達到0.125mmm,將0.125mm粒級有效地分級回收已經引起了業(yè)內人士的高度關注。因此研究新型篩縫為0.20mm、0.15mm弧形篩分級回收這部分合格的粗精煤泥是十分有意義的,而且這一研究在國內尚屬首次。本文以工藝性能、篩分性能和脫水性能為評價方向,對新型篩縫為0.20mm和國產篩縫為0.40mm弧形篩進行了應用效果的研究,又對新型篩縫為0.20mm和0.15mm精煤泥弧形篩進行了不同擊打強度下應用效果的研究,以探討新型精煤泥弧形篩在何種擊打強度下具有最佳的技術經濟效益。針對新型精煤泥弧形篩在鳳凰臺選煤廠的應用,本文對粗精煤泥回收工藝也進行了試驗與研究。試驗結果表明：在鳳凰臺選煤廠,篩縫為0.20mm精煤泥弧形篩綜合性能明顯優(yōu)于篩縫為0.40mm的,且0.20mm精煤泥弧形篩在弱擊打條件下具有最佳的技術經濟效益,同時應該注意相關工藝設備的參數(shù)調節(jié)。篩縫為0.20mm的精煤泥弧形篩在鳳凰臺選煤廠的成功應用,為有效分級回收重選系統(tǒng)的合格粗精煤泥開啟了新的篇章。
[Abstract]:At present, the separation and lower limit of the gravity separation system of the coal preparation plant of China has reached 0.125mm, and the effective grading and recovery of the 0.125 mm size fraction has aroused the high attention of the industry. Therefore, it is of great significance to study a new type of coarse and fine coal slime with a new size of 0.20 mm and 0.15 mm, and it is the first time in China. In this paper, the research on the application effect of the new type of screen joint of 0.20 mm and 0.15 mm fine coal slurry with the thickness of 0.20 mm and 0.15 mm is studied in this paper based on the evaluation direction of the process performance, the screening performance and the dewatering performance, and the application effect of the new type of screen joint of 0.20 mm and 0.15 mm fine coal slurry is studied. In order to study the best technical and economic benefits of the new type of fine-coal-mud arc-screen with the impact strength. In view of the application of the new type of fine coal slime arc screen in Fenghuangtai Coal Preparation Plant, this paper also has carried on the experiment and research on the coarse and fine coal slime recovery process. The experimental results show that, in the Fenghuangtai coal preparation plant, the comprehensive performance of the screen seam is 0.20mm, the comprehensive performance of the arc-shaped sieve is better than that of the screen slot, and the 0.20-mm fine coal-mud arc-shaped sieve has the best technical and economic benefit under the condition of weak beating, and the parameter adjustment of the relevant process equipment should be noted. The successful application of an arc-shaped screen of the fine coal slime with the size of 0.20 mm in the Fenghuangtai Coal Preparation Plant has opened a new chapter for the qualified coarse and fine coal slime of the effective grading recovery and gravity separation system.
