【摘要】：介紹了起泡劑的種類以及新型起泡劑研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了國內(nèi)外對浮選起泡劑的結(jié)構(gòu)以及性能的研究。對氣-液兩相性能研究以及氣-液-固三相的性能研究做了詳細地描述,同時也對藥劑與礦物作用機理的研究進行了概述。最后指出了起泡劑的發(fā)展趨勢:應(yīng)當(dāng)減少天然起泡劑以及工業(yè)副產(chǎn)品起泡劑的應(yīng)用,并配合現(xiàn)代設(shè)備和測試手段,合成起泡性能好、便于使用、適應(yīng)性強的環(huán)境友好型起泡劑。
[Abstract]:The types of foaming agents and the research status of new foaming agents are introduced. The structure and properties of floatation foaming agents are analyzed at home and abroad. The gas-liquid two-phase performance and the gas-liquid-solid three-phase performance are described in detail, and the mechanism of the interaction between the agent and the mineral is also summarized. Finally, the development trend of foaming agent is pointed out: the application of natural foaming agent and industrial by-product foaming agent should be reduced, and the environment-friendly foaming agent with good foaming performance, easy to use and strong adaptability should be synthesized with modern equipment and test means.
