水力輸送管道中粗顆粒運(yùn)動狀態(tài)變化及其判別

【摘要】:粗顆粒運(yùn)動形態(tài)變化規(guī)律是管道安全輸送的關(guān)鍵問題.針對這一問題,利用粗顆粒管道輸送試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),通過高速攝影技術(shù)和粒子圖像測速法記錄粗顆粒的運(yùn)動狀態(tài)及其速度變化,分析了不同粒徑、不同體積濃度、不同輸送速度條件下粗顆粒在管道中的水力學(xué)特性,并擬合得到粗顆粒運(yùn)動狀態(tài)的判定參數(shù).研究結(jié)果顯示,粗顆粒在管道中隨著流體平均流速的增加依次出現(xiàn)揚(yáng)動狀態(tài)、間歇式推移狀態(tài)、連續(xù)式推移狀態(tài)和懸移狀態(tài),并通過不同運(yùn)動狀態(tài)的力學(xué)機(jī)制和能量損失分析提出了不同運(yùn)動狀態(tài)的變化規(guī)律;從粗顆粒安全輸送的角度,提出連續(xù)式推移狀態(tài)是粗顆粒在較廣輸送速度范圍內(nèi),能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)連續(xù)有效輸送的一種運(yùn)動形式,是管道運(yùn)輸中的顆粒物主要運(yùn)動狀態(tài);從分析結(jié)果可知,粗顆粒的運(yùn)動狀態(tài)與流速、顆粒粒徑以及顆粒濃度有關(guān),通過引入管徑和重力加速度兩個參數(shù),采用量綱分析法得到無量綱數(shù)φ為顆粒運(yùn)動狀態(tài)判別參數(shù),并以此作為判定粗顆粒不同運(yùn)動狀態(tài),該參數(shù)可以在工程中預(yù)測粗顆粒的運(yùn)動狀態(tài).
[Abstract]:The change law of coarse particle motion is the key problem of pipeline safe transportation. In order to solve this problem, the moving state and velocity change of coarse particles were recorded by high-speed photography and particle image velocimetry, and different particle sizes and volume concentrations were analyzed. The hydraulics characteristics of coarse particles in pipeline under different conveying speeds were obtained, and the parameters for determining the motion state of coarse particles were obtained. The results show that with the increase of the average flow velocity of the fluid in the pipeline, the coarse particles appear in the order of uplift state, intermittent state, continuous state and suspended state. Through the mechanical mechanism and energy loss analysis of different moving states, the variation law of different moving states is put forward, and from the point of view of safe transportation of coarse particles, it is suggested that the continuous moving state is in a wide range of conveying speed. The main moving state of particles in pipeline transportation is a kind of moving form which can realize continuous and effective transportation. From the results of analysis, it can be seen that the movement state of coarse particles is related to the velocity of flow, particle size and particle concentration. By introducing two parameters, diameter of pipe and acceleration of gravity, dimensionless number 蠁 is obtained as the discriminant parameter of particle motion state by using dimensionless analysis method, which is used to judge the different moving states of coarse particles. This parameter can be used to predict the motion state of coarse particles in engineering.
