防膨脹軟巖注漿材料試驗及應用研究

【摘要】:為研制一種防膨脹軟巖注漿材料以滿足膨脹性軟巖巷道注漿加固的需求。通過室內試驗,研究注漿材料的密度、析水率、凝結時間、流動度、結石體強度等主要性能參數。通過現場試驗,研究注漿材料對膨脹性軟巖巷道圍巖的注漿加固性能。研究結果表明:當注漿材料的水灰比為0.5∶1,添加劑比率為5‰時,注漿材料的主要性能參數最優(yōu);該注漿材料能有效提高破碎膨脹性軟巖的強度,改善膨脹性軟巖巷道圍巖的特性,防止軟巖巷道圍巖在注漿時發(fā)生吸水膨脹變形,是一種較好的防軟巖膨脹注漿材料。
[Abstract]:In order to develop a kind of anti-swelling soft rock grouting material to meet the needs of expansive soft rock roadway grouting reinforcement. Through laboratory tests, the main performance parameters of grouting material, such as density, water evolution rate, setting time, fluidity, stone strength and so on, were studied.
