綜放工作面人—機(jī)—環(huán)境系統(tǒng)相融性與安全高效開(kāi)采研究

【摘要】:煤礦綜采放頂煤工作面是一個(gè)復(fù)雜多變的人—機(jī)—環(huán)境系統(tǒng)。由于人自身生理、心理與行為特性中的缺點(diǎn),機(jī)器設(shè)備本身的設(shè)計(jì)缺陷與運(yùn)行中的隱患,以及作業(yè)環(huán)境的惡劣程度與地質(zhì)條件的不確定性,這些因素都是造成事故,影響生產(chǎn)效率的主要因素。通過(guò)優(yōu)化人、機(jī)器、環(huán)境三個(gè)系統(tǒng)要素,,從系統(tǒng)匹配、協(xié)調(diào)的角度出發(fā),研究使綜放工作面人—機(jī)—環(huán)境系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)達(dá)到安全目標(biāo)最優(yōu),是實(shí)現(xiàn)煤礦安全高效開(kāi)采的一個(gè)重要途徑。 在人—機(jī)—環(huán)境系統(tǒng)工程、安全心理學(xué)、人機(jī)工效學(xué)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了煤礦綜放工作面人員、機(jī)器、環(huán)境三大系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成要素,最終選取了影響工作面安全高效開(kāi)采的9個(gè)人員相關(guān)指標(biāo)、6個(gè)機(jī)器相關(guān)指標(biāo)和7個(gè)環(huán)境相關(guān)指標(biāo)。從協(xié)同學(xué)理論、耦合理論和熵理論的角度分析了綜放工作面系統(tǒng)性特點(diǎn),并說(shuō)明了綜放工作面系統(tǒng)相融性是指工作面人、機(jī)器、環(huán)境三個(gè)系統(tǒng)之間相互配合、相互協(xié)調(diào)、相互促進(jìn)的動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系,其目的是通過(guò)系統(tǒng)相融實(shí)現(xiàn)工作面安全高效開(kāi)采。根據(jù)物理學(xué)中的容量耦合度模型與系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度的概念,引入了人—機(jī)—環(huán)境系統(tǒng)相融度模型,根據(jù)此模型對(duì)山西某礦61B3工作面進(jìn)行了相融度評(píng)價(jià)分析,并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果從人員、機(jī)器設(shè)備、環(huán)境三個(gè)方面提出了技術(shù)與管理措施。最后驗(yàn)證了相融性的提高利于工作面生產(chǎn)的安全高效性。
[Abstract]:The fully mechanized top coal caving face in coal mine is a complex and changeable man-machine-environment system. Because of the shortcomings of human physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics, the design defects and hidden dangers in operation of the machine itself, as well as the bad degree of the working environment and the uncertainty of geological conditions, these factors all cause accidents and affect production. By optimizing the three system elements of man, machine and environment and starting from the angle of system matching and coordination, it is an important way to realize safe and efficient mining in fully mechanized caving face.
On the basis of the theoretical study of man-machine-environment system engineering, safety psychology and ergonomics, this paper analyzes the three system elements of personnel, machine and environment in fully mechanized caving face of coal mine, and finally selects 9 personnel-related indexes, 6 machine-related indexes and 7 environment-related indexes which affect the safe and efficient mining of coal face. The systematic characteristics of fully mechanized caving face are analyzed from the angles of theory, coupling theory and entropy theory. It is pointed out that the system fusion of fully mechanized caving face refers to the dynamic relationship among the three systems of man, machine and environment, which coordinate and promote each other. The aim is to realize the safe and efficient mining of fully mechanized caving face through the system fusion. The concepts of capacity coupling degree model and system coordination degree in physics are introduced. The man-machine-environment system fusion degree model is introduced. According to this model, the compatibility of 61B3 working face in a mine in Shanxi Province is evaluated and analyzed. According to the evaluation results, technical and management measures are put forward from three aspects of personnel, machinery and equipment, and environment. Finally, the phase is verified. The improvement of meltdown is conducive to the safety and efficiency of production.
