采煤機液壓混合動力截割傳動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計

【摘要】:基于差動行星齒輪調(diào)速原理,設(shè)計了一種截割轉(zhuǎn)速可調(diào)的采煤機液壓混合動力截割傳動系統(tǒng).根據(jù)系統(tǒng)組成,建立了關(guān)鍵元件的數(shù)學(xué)模型及控制方法.以AMESim軟件為平臺,分析了液壓馬達和滾筒的動態(tài)特性以及液壓混合動力系統(tǒng)的緩沖性能.結(jié)果表明:所設(shè)計的液壓混合動力截割傳動系統(tǒng)能夠調(diào)節(jié)采煤機的截割轉(zhuǎn)速,在復(fù)雜煤層下比傳統(tǒng)恒速截割采煤機具有更好的截割性能;液壓馬達及滾筒響應(yīng)速度快且能夠準(zhǔn)確跟蹤目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)速,液壓系統(tǒng)可以緩和突變負(fù)載產(chǎn)生的沖擊.
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of speed regulation of differential planetary gear, a hydraulic hybrid power cutting drive system of shearer with adjustable cutting speed is designed. According to the composition of the system, the mathematical model and control method of the key components are established. Based on AMESim software, the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic motor and drum and the buffer performance of hydraulic hybrid power system are analyzed. The results show that the hydraulic hybrid power cutting transmission system can adjust the cutting speed of the shearer, and it has better cutting performance than the traditional constant speed cutting shearer under the complex coal seam. The hydraulic motor and drum can track the target speed accurately, and the hydraulic system can mitigate the shock caused by the sudden load.
