某金礦石選礦試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:對(duì)某金礦進(jìn)行了選礦試驗(yàn)研究。原礦磨礦細(xì)度為-0.074 mm粒級(jí)占97.52%,采用碳酸鈉、水玻璃、硫酸銅為調(diào)整劑,2~#油為起泡劑,丁銨黑藥為捕收劑,通過一次粗選、兩次掃選和兩次精選閉路試驗(yàn),獲得了精礦金品位27.50 g/t、尾礦金品位0.15 g/t、精礦產(chǎn)率9.20%、金回收率94.89%的選別指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:An experimental study on the dressing of a gold deposit has been carried out. The grinding fineness of raw ore is -0.074 mm and the particle grade is 97.52. Sodium carbonate, sodium silicate and copper sulfate are used as foaming agent and butylammonium black as collector. The gold concentrate grade 27.50 g / t, tailings gold grade 0.15 g / t, concentrate yield 9.20% and gold recovery 94.89% were obtained.
