【摘要】:礦井提升機系統(tǒng)是礦井生產系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,其運行狀態(tài)直接對礦井的安全生產和管理產生影響。由于礦井生產規(guī)模的擴大,機械化的快速發(fā)展,對礦井提升機系統(tǒng)的性能指標要求越來越高,系統(tǒng)各組成部分之間的關系越來越密切,礦井提升機的組成結構也越來越復雜。而礦井提升系統(tǒng)在礦井生產中的重要作用決定了它必須具有較高的可靠性水平,減少故障的發(fā)生,保護員工的生命財產安全,更好地促進企業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本論文基于可靠性工程體系理論,從礦井提升機系統(tǒng)的可靠性設計、可靠性管理等角度出發(fā),首先分析礦井提升機系統(tǒng)可靠性指標并建立標準體系;其次進行礦井提升機提升鋼絲繩的FMECA分析,,并基于故障樹分析法對其進行分析,進而提出了可靠性保障措施;最后提出改善系統(tǒng)安全性的可靠性管理措施,為生產現(xiàn)場的安全分析和管理工作提供依據。在以上分析的基礎上,以C#為編程語言,SQL Server2008為數(shù)據庫,建立礦井提升機可靠性工程平臺,該平臺可以實現(xiàn)有關礦井提升機系統(tǒng)的可靠性信息的查詢,對其子系統(tǒng)可靠性的預計、FTA分析等功能。 礦井提升機可靠性工程平臺的建立,確保煤機設備制造企業(yè)與煤炭生產企業(yè)之間實現(xiàn)信息交互,為礦井提升機在設計、制造和使用階段的可靠性水平的提高給予了保障。
[Abstract]:Mine hoist system is an important part of mine production system, and its running state has a direct impact on mine safety production and management. Due to the expansion of mine production scale and the rapid development of mechanization, the requirements for the performance index of mine hoist system are more and more high, the relationship between the components of the system is becoming more and more close, and the composition structure of mine hoist is becoming more and more complex. The important role of mine hoisting system in mine production determines that it must have a high level of reliability, reduce the occurrence of failures, protect the safety of staff life and property, and better promote the development of enterprises. Based on the theory of reliability engineering system, this paper first analyzes the reliability index of mine hoist system and establishes the standard system from the aspects of reliability design and reliability management of mine hoist system. Secondly, the FMECA analysis of hoisting wire rope of mine hoist is carried out, and based on the fault tree analysis, the reliability guarantee measures are put forward, and the reliability management measures to improve the safety of the system are put forward. Provide basis for safety analysis and management of production site. On the basis of the above analysis, the reliability engineering platform of mine hoist is established with C # as programming language and SQL Server2008 as database. The platform can realize the query of reliability information of mine hoist system. Its subsystem reliability prediction FTA analysis and other functions. The establishment of reliability engineering platform for mine hoist ensures the information exchange between the coal machine equipment manufacturing enterprise and the coal production enterprise, which guarantees the improvement of the reliability level of the mine hoist in the design, manufacture and use stages.
